Pobyt bardzo udany - hotel godny polecenia innym.
Pros:

Pokój bardzo przestronny. Wyposażenie na bardzo wysokim poziomie. Wszystko wygląda bardzo „Świerzo”. Personel hotelu bardzo pomocny. Godny polecenia basen kryty - idealny dla dzieci.

Cons:

Jedyna bardzo mała uwaga to kilku bezdomnych w okolicach hotelu Alu w USA to już chyba standard.

Pros:

設備は申し分なく、スタッフの方も丁寧でした。3泊しましたが、ルームクリーニングも完璧でした。
また、室内用スリッパの用意があることと、ハンドシャワーがあるのが日本人には嬉しかったです。

Cons:

シャワーの水がパッキンの隙間からどうやっても漏れてしまい、バスマットが毎回使う前から濡れてしまいます。

Fun and everyone was super nice!
Pros:

The lobby is amazing and my nephew loved the water feature and the art! Everyone was very helpful and accommodating and the pool and hot tub were great. Room was good sized and the beds were comfortable. Excellent option in the area!

Cons:

The food seemed overpriced, so we ate elsewhere.

Wonderful hotel, nicely designed, loved the staff at reception desk, very friendly employees.
Rooms were clean, nice view, amazing breakfast- European and Japanese, we loved both. Very friendly staff at breakfast too.
You have an option to have Japanese dinner, sushi was fantastic, cocktails also.
Whenever we needed a room service, they were there immediately, also valet parking did a great job. They brought car in 4 min.
Sauna, fitness and pool - nice facilities.

Cons:

AC when entering lobby was too cold, too much for us, but we experience this throughout America.
Toilet was soooo loud when pressing, we were almost afraid to go in 🥴

This hotel is in a perfect location, and has decently sized rooms with an excellent bathroom

The fitness facility is exceptional and I truely felt at home. I was sad to leave

The staff in particular were all wonderful throughout, from reception, to restaurant, to cleaners, to doormen.

Cons:

I found the options for breakfast disappointing, but that could be because I'm used to having full English breakfasts or something akin. I also think the water in the bathtub is not as hot as it should be.
