Pros:

The lobby has a lot of art pieces, and a water falls on the wall and goes along the stairs, which is very impressive. The flower arrangement was very beautiful. The heater was quiet and warm. The staff was very nice. And there were complimentary fruits and milk for early persons.

Cons:

The bathroom door in our room couldn't close well, leaving a gap which made it inconvenient for me and my son when using the bathroom.
