The price reflects everything that this placed lacked . The nicest part was the views of the indoor courtyard. Breakfast provided was nothing but bread ( legit bread next to a toaster and some bagels that looked harder than John cena ) When I booked I inquired about a pool was told there was a pool when I got here the pool in inoperative empty with a tarp on top . The room was spacious but the cleanliness left a lot to be desired. Blankets had stains . Bathroom had a weird smell of bleach and mold and the shower didn’t drain properly . Only reason why I stayed was because I had already paid and couldn’t afford to stay elsewhere on short notice . This trip was supposed to be a nice getaway that quickly turned into a wtf

The front desk was very helpful and the lobby is beautiful.

Cons:

The price did not match what I agreed to on Booking.com - really that is the biggest thing for me. And the toilet was leaking from the sides.

I will return
Pros:

When we first walk in, we were greeted by the young lady behind the desk. Coming from a horrible reservation and coming here receiving top. Customer service was everything. When you’re in another city visiting, you don’t want to feel as if the staff doesn’t want you there I did not get that from them. I was traveling to drop my daughter off at school and made a reservation at another hotel I will not name but I immediately asked for a refund and I left. This was the next property that I came to. Everything was booked quickly nice clean rooms and the next one and they had a continental breakfast that was amazing. The property was clean, no trash. It was very welcoming, and I was at ease very quickly. I appreciate the young lady that was behind the desk that was such a big help couldn’t ask for anything more.

Cons:

They did not have a working pool at the time and that was one of the reasons I did book with the hotel but I know things happen in the pool I guess needed cleaning or servicing I don’t know, but the pool was full of water. It just had a do not enter sign on the door, which was kind of disheartening because you know when you travel with kids they always want to swim so we weren’t able to do that but other than that it was everything was fine.

For this hotel to advertise as a Wyndham property was deceitful, this property was dated, run down and smelled horrible. This place shouldn't be able to change no more than $40 a night. Very disappointed with the condition of this Wyndham property. The hotels are run by third world people who apparently don't know what luxury or class looks like. The entire experience was beyond disappointing. Did not stay at the property or check in due to the appearance and horrible smell.Wyndham should be careful who they allow to use their name

Pros:

The property was charming and the breakfast was good.

Cons:

Our first room had a dirty bathroom and the shower was clogged. The second room we moved to after 2 hours of waiting on the issues still had hair on the shower wall.

Pros:

It was a room for a night and I saw no bugs

Cons:

That when you get out of the shower, the whole floor is wet from it cause there is nothing to catch the water. The room I was in needed a real makeover. You can tell all they did was put paint on the walls.

The night guy was friendly and made coffee in the mornings on time

ROACHES and they told me I Can only change my child only 3 times a week it was a problem when I went to get towel for shower always I dont re use my towels at home not going to at a hotel half cleaned beautiful lobby rooms are dirty baseboars and hal cleaned
