The location
The room wasn’t thoroughly cleaned. We woke up to a room full of ants. They were everywhere, even in our belongings. We were also woken up to a fight right outside our room while we were sleeping. The experience was awful.
The Bed was comfortable and the pool was nice.
It started with 2 towels for 4 people and took 3 times of asking for more to get them. The floor was dirty, coffee machine for breakfast did not work and the one day it did work, no creamer. No pool towels.
Location was great. Just a small distance from Cal Lutheran University which was the whole reason for the trip. Swimming pool was great.
Our initial room had ants in the bathroom and the toilet started to back up into the shower. Our neighbors experienced the same thing we did. We were moved to another room which was better for the door wouldn't lock from the outside when closed. The waffle were soggy for breakfast and the serving area was too small.
check in was quick
1st room was not cleaned and right next to active construction. second room was great except some type of alarm went off in early a.m. hours and twice again. Surprised by the now $10 a night parking fee, really?
Location is great
Room was dirty and out dated. Bathroom door didn’t close properly.
They remodeled the hotel - very nice
Ok place for the money
Free breakfast was a joke. The food was poor and there was no coffee literally no coffee. The manager didn’t even have the gumption to bring in a personal coffee maker and make a cup or two shitty
Location
Charging $10 a day for parking on my credit card without telling me.
Die Ausstattung war sehr modern.
Nichts. Alles war super
Ubicación, zonas comunes y piscina
Zonas comunes con un poco descuidadas, quizá por estar en remodelación, como avisaban en algún cartel. No había café por la mañana por avería de la máquina.
We showed up at the property around 9:30pm and was greeted by no one!
There was a sign that said I will be right back, 6 minutes later the front desk person arrived and checked us in.
No mention of my Platinum status.
However she did inform me that breakfast was 7am-10am.
The room seemed nicely remodeled, other than a side table that had chunks missing from it. The table should have been thrown out and no one would have missed it!
The elevator was pretty discussing!
We are not early people, so we arrived for breakfast at 9:45am. What we found was drink machine cover with out of order signs and no breakfast!
We go to the front desk and asked about the breakfast? A gentleman that didn't seem to speak much English says "6-9", we said we were told 7am-10am. He once again said "6-9" and then pointed to a paper with small print "6-9", no apology, no can I get a cup of coffee, nothing!
As we left I also noticed a lot of trash in the parking lot!
Nothing
Bad parking for big work truck, dirty room, extremely small for the price, and the breakfast is the smallest water bottle in the world and a cookie inside a paper bag. Something for a 3 year old child. One word to describe this place GARBAGE.
It was nice, plus very comfortable, places around to buy groceries, or eat. The staff were very accommodating. Lots of things to do in the area.
