Pros:

The location and staff.

Cons:

The bed was uncomfortable, the pillows were flat and the room plus the property were dirty. The lobby itself was horrible smelling.

Should have stayed at a Motel 6!
Cons:

I knew it was under renuvation.......that was not a problem for me....however nothing was stated that there would be no coffee or hairdryer....I never have breakfast so that was no problen....BUT COFFEE. is a must...that is why I choose La Quinta ....the staff comment about hairdryers was laughable....maybe it got stolen out of the room....my reply was ....I need one.....and was told they didn't have any.....also the bathroom light would not turn off......I do need to say that I was offered a breakfast to go bag that would available at 7am....no coffee

Think twice
Pros:

AC units leak in some rooms . Management is aware and still rents rooms. I almost fell and could of been seriously injured. A large amount of water covered part of the slippery floor. Breakfast was two granola type bars in a brown paper bag. No water or coffee or juices were offered.

Horrible!! Never again!!
Pros:

We reached the hotel around 6 pm, several hours after the official check-in time. Even then we were made to wait 45 minutes because the room was not ready. The website mentioned breakfast available but we were provided goodie bags for breakfast. This was our experience.

We love Thousand Oaks and your location, it was our first time here and we will be back!
Pros:

We loved the location could walk down to Starbucks in 12 mins, the pool and spa were extremely clean! The room was very accommodating for my husband and I’s family!

L’hotel est propre, la chambre venait d'être refaite

Cons:

Nous avons réservé sur booking une chambre avec petit déjeuner. L’hotel étant en travaux, le petit déjeuner ne pouvait pas être servi. L’hotel n’a donc pas fait le nécessaire pour mettre leur offre à jour auprès de booking. De plus, nous avons demandé un remboursement que nous n’avons pas obtenu parce que l’hotel n’a jamais voulu appeler booking malgré notre demande faite par téléphone suite aux recommandations du service apres vente de booking.
