A stellar vibe!
Pros:

Loved the music downstairs and the friendly music community vibe. Records in yhe room, great snacks and Happy Hour in lobby was great!

Pros:

We traveled cross country to stay and couldn’t wait to see this hotel in person and it exceeded our expectations! Everyone was so nice especially the front desk and the staff who brought us a record player to our mom! Highly recommend pool side room. It was amazing!! The sunset, the location, the vibes etc. Amazing!!!

Pay to go to the pool party on Saturday but stay at another hotel unless you book directly with them

Was my 5th stay here.
First 3 times I have no complaints
Stayed twice on this trip and have no complaints on the first 2 nights 1st and 2nd July - the receptionist was lovely and the same as my previous stays.
My second stay on this trip 16th -19th July the staff were rude, obnoxious, unhelpful and a ‘can’t be bothered attitude. To be fair not all but one person in particular. He should not be working in the industry.
I asked if I could change my dates the day before I was due to checkin. As it was through a 3rd party he literally could not be bothered to even look at my booking. They obviously have a problem with people that book through a 3rd party and not direct as I watched him check people in after he had been rude to me who booked directly with the hotel. His attitude could not have been nicer. I said I had stayed only a week before and his reply to me was ‘booking ref’ without even looking at me. I could go on about his rudeness but due to this member of their staff I will NOT be staying here again. He put a complete downer to the end of the holiday. I advise people to stay at the Andaz where it was a much more of a pleasant service.

Nice getaway but pricey with additional charges
Pros:

Interesting hotel. Good morning coffee.

Cons:

We were pool adjacent and there was a loud pool party the day we arrived. Tried to request a different room but because of a pet we’re not allowed to be moved.
Cost was a bit high too especially the add ons. Pet and parking costs.

Pros:

This is actually a club with a small hotel attached. You will see people in harnesses and thongs. If you are traveling to party, this would be a great hotel for you. If traveling with a family, you need to keep shopping. The main staff is unresponsive, yet the cleaning staff is kind.

The property is conveniently located on Sunset within walking distance or a short cab ride from The Rainbow/The Whisky/The Roxy.

Cons:

Coffee station in the morning was quickly emptied out and I had difficulty getting staff to replenish the coffee. They clean up at 11am. If you haven’t gotten coffee by 0930…you might not get any.
