Hotel has an excellent Midtown location, room was very clean, bed was comfortable. At checkout, Salisa was the rudest front desk employee I have ever encountered in hundreds of hotel stays. I requested a copy of my bill, prepaid non-refundable by 3rd party. Salisa printed it, handed it to me, I reviewed, the hotel copy was $100 less than my reservation copy. Salisa took the bill back, looked at her monitor for a couple of minutes, could not explain the difference, and refused to return the copy to me! First time that's ever happened to me. As the discussion continued, she looked away from me and rolled her eyes! I asked her to look at me while we were speaking, she refused. A few minutes later, I had a discussion with Matt Martin, Director of Sales; I asked him if Salisa's behavior towards a guest was acceptable, he gave a non commital answer that implied that I was the problem!
The location is very central to various restaurants, the hotel is clean and quiet and the staff is very friendly. I ate breakfast at the hotel once and it was underwhelming for the price so I had to remove a star for that but otherwise I would come back.
Location is excellent in a quiet neighborhood, the stuff members are so nice and helpful, room is clean and comfortable.

Location was great for clubs & entertainment in Mid-town area. Be prepared for lights & siren's and racing cars in the distance in the middle of the night if you're a light sleeper. If you are disabled note that the front of the hotel is a large incline or you can take stairs. On the 6th floor during the stay, guests coming in late at night was a problem. There are very cool pieces of historical art work and the gym was standard. Breakfast was standard hotel brekkie $25 starts at 7am which seemed a little late for business travelers.

The hotel was very well maintained and clean. The location was great and within walking distance of restaurants and shopping.
I came here on 4 separate occasions this year - February, April, June and July. Each time I stayed for a whole week. The hotel is centrally located, walking distance to Piedmont Park, hip restaurants, MARTA, the Beltline, grocery store, and CVS. Inside, the place gives off a modern Southern vibe - credit to the lobby music and the decorations paying homage to Ray Charles and Margaret Mitchell. The staff was bend-over-backwards helpful and kind. Our team congregated in a medium size meeting room that had wifi, coffee, endless sweet and unsweet tea, easy access to the breakfast buffet, which never changed but I can't complain. Smoked salmon and capers anyone? The staff was always present to refill carafes or collect plates. I was lucky to get assigned a corner room, so I had two windows and ample space.
The only cons: A/C sometimes made the conference room too cold. Each room had a small problem - one didn't have a working TV, another had a motion-sensing bed light that wouldn't turn on, another missing a recycle bin. I liked to call each a character flaw. Even so, I would come back anytime.
