Pros:

Hyatt Centric Hotel was an Excellent Stay; the service is unmatched. The hotel is very clean and modern! It was also a good location to attend business meetings that were close by, lots of eateries and walkable attractions as well. Thank you Hyatt Centric for the experience and service, I will definitely be back.

Great location
Pros:

Great location, very walkable close to MARTA and tons of food options! This is my goto hotel and I stay at this hotel multiple times per year. Rooms are spacious and clean. Z at the front desk is awesome!

Hotel seems nice but questionable.
Pros:

Hair stuck on the wall of the shower and in the fresh towels. Makes me question how well the rest of the room and linens are cleaned. Also didn't realize the breakfast buffet was an extra charge and was confronted about bringing in food from outside and was charged $2 for a single sliver or watermelon I took from the buffet while borrowing a fork. That's on me, I didn't realize it wasn't included, but charging $2 for a single piece of watermelon when the buffet closed in 5 min seems excessive when they could have just reminded me it wasn't included.

By far the most comfortable hotel stay I’ve had in Atlanta
Pros:

The property is very beautiful and inviting! The bed and pillows were exceptionally comfortable. The entire hotel was very clean. It’s probably my new favorite place to stay in Atlanta! 10 out of 10!

That we had to pay an additional fee for parking.
