General state of disrepair. Water fountains not working, paint peeling from bedroom ceiling, pathetic gym facilities.

Facility was in need of cosmetic repairs. Hallways and common areas were dinfy and not very inviting. Bathroom fixtures were poorly caulked...sloppy appearance.
Bathroom had deteriorating wood and plumbing fixtures.Looked bad.
A reasonably pleasant hotel experience but at a more affordable price. Staff were kind and the breakfast was appreciated.
Likely as a result of the more affordable price, cut corners could be seen here and there. Amenities are basic and parts of the buildings are sometimes a little dirty. Not consistently and not enough to really impact my satisfaction, but enough to notice.
I like the room size and the breakfast and the staff was great.
The only thing I didn't like was the A/C in the room was loud while running. I think they should have someone take a look at it.

The bed and pillows were so comfy!
Quiet area! Breakfast was good with a wide variety of things to choose from.
Bathroom needed some tlc. Peeling wallpaper, caulking showing around tile and toilet paper dispenser looked like it might have had a different bigger one in its place. But overall the bathroom did everything a bathroom does!
