The facility is nice overall but rooms are a bit outdated, the lobby is really nice and the staff are welcoming.

This is my go to hotel when visiting Orange County for work. My latest visit was one of my best overall. First, let me say upon arrival a clerk at the desk actually walked away as I came up to check in, I stood there and waited and watched her leave. However, Lance was there to save the day. He was fantastic. He got everything in order and actually made some stay suggestions regarding bonus points or credit. After the initial encounter with Lance, each time he saw me during my 9 day stay he would greet me by my name. It helped back a very long month of travel very enjoyable.
While this is an older hotel, it is such a comfortable place to stay. Within in walking distances of dozens of restaurants, a nice pool, great fitness center and incredible staff. On a previous visit the Peloton in the fitness center had a busted seat, which I report to the staff. Upon its replacement, I received a email from the hotel letting me know the new one was in place for my next visit. Amazing communication.
My only real complaint (and not just mind) is the hot tube is scolding hot. You cannot even get in the water! Even though I have mentioned this on previous visits and on my last, it continues to be unusable.
Overall though, a great place to stay for a business traveler
We really enjoyed our stay! All of the staff, the bellman, from the moment we arrived were very welcoming and sweet! Marissa was so wonderful and went above and beyond to help us get to know the area with great recommendations! And Starbucks in the lobby is so convenient!
All hotel staff are wonderful and helpful. I want to thank you helping me out with my freight shipping and receiving. Personally thank Ofelia- coffee shop, Tessa and other front desk personnel and Thomas bellman The whole my experience is wonderful! I am coming back next year.

Location was great, hotel was clean, staff was friendly.
Very disappointing that the whole hotel did not have ice. I sprain my ankle and needed ice bad. When I called front desk they said they couldn't deliver or locate any ice. Also no valet, $60 preferred parking and had to park my own car.
I had a wonderful experience with your staff member Victoria H. at your Orange County location. She purchased a water boiler for me to use in my room so I could make the warm morning drink that my doctor ordered. She was very helpful in several ways to make my stay successful and strengthen my loyalty to Hilton.
I had a great stay in a well appointed room. Loved the hummingbird artwork and conference food, including gluten free.

Beautiful feels expensive awesome price. Parking was great it felt like anywhere you parked you had access to hotel.
Our TV didn’t work, AC wasn’t cold felt humid in our room. Bath tub was dirty looking and can turn people off.
Much nicer hotel than I expected. Marissa checked us in. She was very pleasant and helpful.

Hotel was very nice. It seems like some reno no nistis going on. Our bathroom was also ok, the only problem is the sill at door needs to be repaired. The hotel was very comfortable clean and not noisy at all. Workers were great and kept on top of housekeeping. Thanks for a comfortable stay.
