La estancia es bastante agradable.
Pros:

Los servicios que ofrecen en general todo buena ubicación, buena habitación y desayuno.

Cons:

No hacían limpieza ni cambiaban las toallas a diario, en mi estancia no hicieron limpieza y tuve que pedir varias veces toallas limpias, y otra que dejan víveres pero no te dicen que te cobraran lo que uses, esto deberían de avisarlo.
Por ahora no he recibido la devolución del deposito en garantía que deje y ya llevo más de 2 semanas que salí del alojamiento.

Overall our stay was okay. Service could’ve been a lot better but the room was nice and updated.
Pros:

We booked the penthouse suite and the first night was great. We stayed for 3 nights and we only had room service attend to us maybe twice out of our whole stay. The breakfast was good but it was not included.

Cons:

I did not like the service and how inattentive they were. We had to walk to the building over to get more towels and toiletries for our room. The pool was dirty and had lots of hair, bugs, and small trash in it.

Cons:

Realicé esta reserva con más de dos meses de antelación y, al llegar al hotel, nos solicitaron una fianza de 100 $. Al intentar realizar el pago mediante el datáfono, este no conseguía leer nuestra tarjeta.

Ante el problema, intenté buscar diferentes soluciones. Pregunté si podía pagar la fianza con la tarjeta que tengo en el móvil, pero la recepcionista me dijo que no. También ofrecí realizar una transferencia bancaria y dejar los 100 $ en efectivo, pero rechazó todas las alternativas.

Lo más grave es que, en lugar de intentar buscar una solución, la recepcionista nos dijo que teníamos que abandonar el hotel y buscar otro alojamiento, a pesar de tener una reserva confirmada desde hacía más de dos meses. Le expliqué que no podía simplemente dejarnos en la calle por un problema con su datáfono, pero insistió en que nos fuéramos.

Después de aproximadamente 20 minutos intentando realizar el pago, finalmente el datáfono consiguió leer nuestra tarjeta y pudimos alojarnos.

Considero completamente inaceptable que un hotel pretenda dejar a unos clientes sin alojamiento por un problema técnico con su terminal de pago, especialmente cuando ofrecimos varias alternativas para garantizar la fianza.

Además, los 100 $ de fianza todavía no nos han sido devueltos. Solicito que Booking intervenga para aclarar inmediatamente cuándo se realizará la devolución de la fianza y que se valore una compensación por la situación que sufrimos y por el trato recibido.

La situación nos generó una gran angustia nada más llegar, ya que durante unos 20 minutos estuvimos ante la posibilidad real de quedarnos sin alojamiento pese a tener una reserva confirmada y pagada.

Considero que este comportamiento no es aceptable por parte de un alojamiento anunciado y reservado a través de Booking.com, y solicito que se investigue lo ocurrido y se nos dé una solución adecuada.

Horrible experience.
Pros:

The only good thing about the property was the location.

Cons:

The property smelt, our room was wet and mouldy with a terrible stench. It looked nothing like the photos online, they have been heavily photo shopped. It was also very loud, and we had to carry our 23kg suitcases up 2 flights of stairs to get to our room (no lifts). The room was so bad we could not stay there and had to find alternative accommodation at 9pm at night. Staff were not helpful at all. I would absolutely not recommend staying here.

Tbm segurança nao percebi isto ao redor ,limpeza nas piscinas agua nao estava limpa e sem manutenção.

Banheiros ao redor da piscina sem limpezas.

Pros:

Lo que mas me.gusto del hotel fue la ubicación ya q es muy céntrico y todo queda bastante cerca.

Cons:

No me gustaron las alfombras de los pasillos ya que al no mantenerlas limpias acumulan mal olor a humedad y a piss. La piscina del piso 1 estaba un poco sucia pero nada alarmante

C’est du vol de prendre la caution sans raison.
Pros:

L’hôtel est bien situé. Le personnel est correct.

Cons:

La chambre n’est pas nettoyée correctement. Pas d’aspirateur ( une capsule de dentifrice est restée pendant tout le séjour de 5 nuits, dans la salle de bains. Le climatiseur n’est pas réglable et il fait beaucoup de bruit. On a été obligé de l’éteindre pour dormir. La caution de 100 dollars ne m’a pas été restituée et en plus ils ont retiré 6 dollars supplémentaires alors que je n’ai rien pris et rien consommé. Au contraire j’ai laissé une petite bouteille d’eau….

Cute, trendy, art deco vib with 2 pools and a delicious breakfast in the heart of south beach!
Pros:

Older but perfectly vintage charm in art deco style. Great ambiance and well designed.

Cons:

Our room was near breakfast the the servers bussing the plates was very loud. It woke us up every morning.

It was convenient. It was located in a good area close to the beach and walking distance to drugstores and other stores. The rooms were nice and updated (at least the section I was in).

Cons:

The pool was VERY dirty so it didn’t make for an enjoyable experience. Also, the towels were not clean as well. I had to request new ones.
