Great location.
Pros:

The location is perfect! You have multiple options for dinner all within walking distance. Staff was very friendly. We had the suite. The suite is large and comfortable. This is a 3 hotels property. The Catalina and the hotels to the right and left of it.
Pro Tip: confirm your room choice before arriving.

Cons:

The hotel was very dated and the tv was not working. I found someone else's leftovers in my fridge.

Agradable el personal. La verdad solo fui a dormir, no ocupé otros sectores, pero la ubicación muy buena!

​I want to start this review on a positive note: The staff members here are absolutely wonderful, kind, and doing their absolute best. I truly feel for them! However, the property itself (Catalina Hotel & Beach Club) is in terrible condition.
​We booked the Penthouse, but it was far from a luxury experience: the water was overflowing, there was no hot water, and no TV. On top of that, the floor was sticky, there was nowhere to hang or store our clothes, and the curtains had a terrible smell (like fish). To make matters worse, the manager was incredibly rude and impossible to deal with—a complete contrast to the amazing front-line staff.
​Huge compliments to the lovely team working here, but management needs to step up. The hotel is completely run down and I cannot recommend staying here in its current state. Thankfully, I am leaving tomorrow.
