Very nice front desk staff.

Pohodlné místo na přespání, dostatek místa na zaparkování. Na ubytování jsme přijeli v pozdějších nočních hodinách, recepce funguje nonstop. Snídani jsme bohužel nestihli, nemohu hodnotit. Jinak pokoj v cenové kategorii a v celé síti společnosti odpovídá standardu. Při cestování po státech jsme tuto společnost využili v několika městech.

Clean, well lit

Nothing. I was treated terrible. Lady at front desk was not happy from the time I walked in the doors. I said I always had stayed there and I wouldn't ever again. I was ordered off property. I did nothing to get treated like this. Im still waiting for the hotel to respond to Booking.com for my $307.00 refund.

Booked this property bc our usual place was not on Booking.com at the time this reservation was made. It was suppose to be for 5 nights. Barely wanted to stay the one we ended up paying for. Unpacked all our stuff and saw this place was definitely old. Our main door you had to slam shut in order to close it properly bc we didn’t the first time and the bathroom door had to be lifted a little to close. We said ok well we won’t be here a majority of the time we’ll deal. went to eat came back and saw there was mold around the whole bathroom ceiling. Not a little either. Went downstairs asked the receptionist lady if there is another room available bc of the mold she just nodded no and I said ok well we need to move rooms OR refunded the entire stay. Suddenly she has a room. We go to the next room and low and behold it was slightly better door wise but mold again in the bathroom. Went back down again and the customer service was like this “big sigh from the lady, and then a blank stare at me” mind you I’m not being rude either. I’m offering to stay and just pay for the one night in which we could’ve just left completely. But it was late and we had everything out of the car already w/our two boys. So after letting her know the mold and the amount of it is unhealthy and she was giving the blame to the maintenance crew. I told her that’s been there or was painted over so it’s a team effort issue. Either was we stood one night and I went through booking.com to cancel my other days. Immediately saw our usual hotel was up and booed there for the rest of our stay. I am not a complainer but maybe if the attitude of the front office lady was more friendly it would have changed the situation. Morning crew was friendlier. Breakfast was good for free.
As far as the area it’s not bad but it’s not good either. This place is affordable but you get what you pay for.

I like this hotel, The staff was very nice.
