La vista es maravillosa
La comida del restaurante, pedimos pepitos y la carne estaba muy dura
The rooms are very spacious. The hotel surroundings were pretty.
This Radisson bills itself as a five-star hotel but it would be generous to classify it as a three-star hotel, at least with respect to the rooms. The accompanying photos detail the shabby furniture. The room was musty, most likely due to an old carpet retaining odors. The shower did not function well, the water in the shower was only warm, and the stream of water was not good. The TV was surprisingly small. Regarding the location, the hotel sits on top of hill that provides a nice view of Guadalajara but there are no convenient stores or restaurants nearby. We arrived late and there was no food available on the premises, so we had to have food delivered. Lastly, the rooms are interspersed with condos so there are residents who permanently reside on the premises. While this in itself is not a problem, one of the residents in the above floor had an absurdly loud screeching bird.

No tienen frigobar, las instalaciones un poco antiguas, el restaurante la pizza le falta un poco más de cocimiento me la sirvieron muy cruda
Facilities are incredible
Air conditioning not working, water quality poor but I believe is a problem in all the Muncicipality, pillows too old and cheap quality.
I liked the location of the hotel. It’s close to the airport and has beautiful views. Rooms were clean and staff were friendly.
The only thing that I didn’t like about the hotel is that I reserved a double room with a/c and once I arrived to check in, I was told that the room that I reserved didn’t have a/c. That it was only the premier rooms that offered a/c. My stay was in July with is hot for Guadalajara. I had a reservation for 2 nights and ended up paying an upgrade to premier the second night to sleep with a/c.

No sirve el aire acondicionado en las habitaciones lo "solucionan" dando ventiladores a todos los huéspedes nos ofrecieron uno luego que ya no habian disponibles finalmente a las tres horas lograron conseguir luego que su justificación es que por eso dan descuento cosa que es totalmente mentira ya que en mi reserva no habia ningún tipo de descuento

la habitación olía mucho a humedad, incluso tuve que pedir cambio, que accedieron, pero aún así seguía el olor a humedad, me comentaron que porque cuando lavan las alfombras no seca bien, aunado a que no tiene buena ventilación
El hotel es agradable y tiene una muy buena infraestructura. Con mas mantenimiento y limpieza seria un hotel excepcional. Sin embargo se nota un poco descuidado y sucio en algunas zonas. El aire acondicionado de las habitaciones no es eficiente y se percibe un olor raro en las habitaciones ( como a humedad o a cuarto viejo ). El agua tenia un olor azufrado ( muy raro), las tarjetas para acceder a los cuartos se desactivan por si solas y la unica manera de acceder al hotel es en auto por que queda en en la cima de una colina. No obstante hay cosas muy buenas por resaltar ; el personal siempre fue amable y respetuoso. El desayuno, que pese a que no estaba incluido estuvo muy bueno y las vistas que se obtienen del hotel, hicieron que la estadia fuera en alguna medida agradable. Siento que el hotel tiene mucho potencial pero le falta ser explotado.

I didn't like that the AC was out the whole time of our stay, but staff accommodated us with a fan.
La regadera del baño estaba tapada, por lo que fue muy antihigienico el bañarse con todo el agua estancado en el área de baño
