Great hotel for transit or a few days in Bordeaux
Pros:

Quiet, very comfortable beds, excellent location with easy access to the city center by tram. Good breakfast and a very much appreciated free water bar, since the tap water is not great.

Buen hotel, recomendable si no hace mucho calor

El aire acondicionado esta limitado a 20° y no echa mucho aire, aunque lo pongas a tope, en un dia de calor como era el caso, pasas calor durmiendo y es incomodo, daba el sol todo el dia en la ventana

Un excellent rapport qualité prix

L’accueil chaleureux par le personnel et les conseils personnalisés donnés pour la visite du centre ville.
Le confort général de l’établissement avec son grand parking fermé, sa piscine et une chambre parfaite: propre, confortable, bien aménagée et suffisamment grande pour 2 adultes, 1 ado et 1 grand chien.
La proximité et la facilité d’accès au centre ville.
Le petit coin de verdure à quelques pas pour une mini sortie avec notre chien.

Cons:

Petit bémol qui n’est pas de la responsabilité de l’hôtel.
Lors de notre séjour, la partie publique aux alentours de l’hôtel, du bord du lac à l’arrêt de tram, étaient jonchés de détritus. La collectivité publique devrait remédier à ce problème.

Personnel exceptionnel, accueillant et toujours prêt à trouver des solutions.
Pros:

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour au Novotel Bordeaux Lac. Malheureusement, nous avons rencontré un problème avec le coffre-fort de notre chambre, qui s'est bloqué avec toutes nos affaires à l'intérieur. Comme cela est arrivé un dimanche soir, aucun technicien de maintenance n'était disponible pour intervenir immédiatement. Les équipes de la réception, aussi bien celle présente jusqu'à 23h que celle qui a pris le relais pendant la nuit, ont tout essayé pour ouvrir le coffre, sans succès. Nous avons finalement dû attendre l'arrivée de la maintenance le lendemain matin à partir de 8h, ce qui a retardé notre départ. Malgré cet incident, nous gardons une excellente impression de cet hôtel. Le personnel est très accueillant, professionnel et toujours prêt à aider. Nous avons également dîné au restaurant. Bien qu'il y ait eu beaucoup de monde ce soir-là et que le service ait semblé un peu débordé, l'équipe est restée souriante et attentive. Ce qui nous a le plus marqués, ce n'est pas le problème lui-même, mais la manière dont il a été pris en charge. À aucun moment nous n'avons ressenti de manque d'intérêt ou de négligence. Au contraire, chacun a fait preuve d'une véritable implication et d'une grande volonté de trouver une solution. C'est pour cette raison que nous reviendrons avec plaisir lors d'un prochain passage à Bordeaux. Le rapport qualité-prix est excellent et nous recommandons sans hésiter cet établissement. Les imprévus peuvent arriver partout, mais c'est la façon dont ils sont gérés qui fait la différence, et sur ce point, le Novotel a été irréprochable.

Cons:

Le principal point négatif de notre séjour a été le blocage du coffre-fort. Comme l'incident s'est produit un dimanche soir, l'absence de personnel de maintenance avant 8 h le lendemain matin a retardé notre départ. Au restaurant, le service était parfois un peu désorganisé en raison du grand nombre de clients.
