Brilliant. We will return.
Pros:

I liked that we could park the car and use the electric charging while taking the tram to the centre of Bordeaux easily and quickly. The Interior public spaces were great and the bedrooms and bathrooms had excellent decor and finishes, supremely comfortable. Slept well and had a very good breakfast.

Cons:

The exterior looked a bit tired and foreboding, austere and not welcoming but that all changed once you stepped foot inside

Zeer aangename tussenstop.
Pros:

Auto staat veilig op afgesloten parking, zeer kort bij tramhalte naar Bordeaux centrum (€1,90/rit), kamers waren zeer comfortabel, Rituals producten. Zeer vriendelijk personeel. Leuke spelletjeshoeken voor kinderen.

Cons:

Veel wespen als je buiten op terras eet. Hier mag wel iets aan gedaan worden.
Ziet er verouderd uit langs de buitenzijde.
Beperkte kaart Gourmet Bar.

Cons:

Personel tres lent , malgré tes relances pour la réception de la facture, au final la facture est envoyée à une mauvaise adresse mail, dans les chambres, il y a des machines à café, mais pas d’eau, logique, les matelas ne sont pas confortables et les alentours de l’hôtel sont très bruyant, il y avait de la musique toute la nuit jusqu’à 1h du matin

Locatie. Vlak bij de tram naar het centrum en vlak aan de oprit van de snelweg. Ideaal voor wie dit als tussenstop ziet. Bovendien gratis afgesloten parking .

Cons:

On m'a attribué une chambre ne correspondant pas à celle du descriptif de booking, située au RDC avec vue sur des vélos devant la fenêtre et parking.
Après réclamation, on m'a proposé une chambre au 3 ème étage avec vue sur le lac correspondant exactement à celle du descriptif.
Au restaurant, il y a eu une erreur sur l'addition en faveur du restaurant.celle ci a été rectifiée apres réclamation.

Fine for one night if passing through but no longer. Hotel needs some repairs and TLC.
Pros:

Good location if travelling through Bordeaux and keen to avoid staying in the centre. We were travelling from Spain to the UK and stopped here for a night. The location of the hotel is right next to the main roads which is great for access and the tram is literally next to the hotel so you can easily pop in to Bordeaux to explore for a few hours. Rooms functional and clean. Staff were helpful.

Cons:

Hotel is tired with fixtures looking scruffy and unkept- especially the outdoor area
as pictured. Air condition wasn’t powerful. The photo of the pool/loungers makes it look considerably nicer than it is. For €100 this would be a good stay but we paid almost double that and it just wasn’t to a standard which justify that cost in our opinion.

Lovely city break stay
Pros:

Although it is further out the city, the tram stops right outside the door. It has a lovely view over the lake
Pool area was lovely. Rooms were lovely and air conditioned. Comfortable beds, large modern shower with Rituals shampoo and body gel
Kids area with plenty games and free arcade game machine to keep out the sun
Very friendly staff
We paid €30 to have a late check out until 5pm which wasn’t a problem
There is a water machine in the reception with still and sparkling water to refill you bottles or recyclable cups if you don’t have a bottle
