Muy cómodo y agradable
Pros:

El hotel está bien. Colchón y almohadas bastante mejorables, aunque somos bastante exigentes en cuanto a esto. El desayuno nos pareció bastante caro, o tomar un café, aunque la cafetería estaba genial y cenamos en ella muy a gusto.

Cons:

Tenemos sentimientos encontrados con la ubicación. Por un lado fue cómodo porque íbamos en nuestro coche y pudimos aparcar por allí y movernos en tranvía. Es una zona un poco apartada. Hay muchos hoteles, pero cerca del lago dando un paseo vimos gente un poco rara. Quizás fue nuestra sensación.

Cons:

La climatisation réglée à 22 degré au minimum. Par temps de chaleur, un peu difficile de trouver le sommeil. Beaucoup de moustiques à cause du lac donc impossible de laisser les fenêtres ouvertes.

Séjour de 3 nuits très agréable. Personnel disponible et très aimable
Pros:

Petit déjeuner très complet. Personnel très aimable.
J’ai également apprécié que toilettes et salle de bain soient séparés.

Cons:

Il ne nous a pas été possible d’ouvrir la valise sur l’emplacement à cet effet. Il était trop petit adapté à une valise de petite taille.

Parfait, on reviendra
Pros:

Calme, spacieux, beaucoup de monde mais de la place malgré tout
Petit déjeuné copieux et complété au fur et à mesure, personnels agréables, parfait, merci.
Proche du stade (à pied) et de la foire de Bordeaux et à 15/20mn de l’Arena, emplacement idéal pour nous qui avons été à un événement dans chaque endroit sur le week-end.

Cons:

Nous avons du attendre à notre arrivée car les 2 réceptionnistes étaient en pause en même temps, et quand elles sont enfin arrivées, elles n’étaient pas très agréable, notre nom, la clé en échange et l’ascenseur est là bas… pas de sourires, encore la bouche pleine, pas d’explication sur les horaires ou sur le portail, dès notre arrivée c’est dommage d’avoir un sentiment négatif.
Heureusement avec le flux de client on a suivi le mouvement.
Chambre pour 3 mais le 3eme lit n’était pas fait ni le linge de toilette, mais pas de soucis l’erreur a été corrigée le temps de notre absence.
Nuit calme mais on entend régulièrement les portes de chambre qui claque
