Big villa for affordable price
quiet and calm
it need refurbishment definitely specially bathrooms and it accessories.
Photos. I chose this hotel because it is part of a well-established hotel chain, and normally, wherever you are in the world, you can expect a predictable standard of comfort and quality.
But not this time. The hotel claims to be a 4-star property, but in reality it was no more than 2 stars. The furniture was very old, the bathroom fixtures were outdated, the shower hose in our room had been wrapped in tape, and the shower gel dispenser was empty.
The bed was uncomfortable and squeaky. The sofa bed for my son squeaked with every movement, and his head was lower than his feet, so there was absolutely no question of getting a comfortable night’s sleep.
On top of that, the air-conditioning system was so outdated that although you could adjust the temperature using the thermostat, there was no way to reduce the fan speed or noise. As a result, it hummed loudly all night and I ended up with a painful ear from the constant draught.
Despite having a swimming pool, there are no bathrobes provided, while the pool rules state that guests are not allowed to walk around the hotel in swimwear. At the same time, there is no changing room by the pool itself, and there is no drying rack in the rooms for wet swimwear or clothes.
The breakfast was very mediocre. Instead of juice, there was sour water in the carafes. The pancakes were brought out just three minutes before breakfast ended, and then immediately taken away again.
The breakfast staff were coughing and blowing their noses, and then, with those same unwashed hands and without gloves, they handled and collected the bread and rolls into one large basket. This was simply the height of poor hygiene.
I will not stay here again, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. It is absolutely not worth the money and, sadly, it damages the reputation of a hotel chain that I have trusted for many years.

Nagyon hideg volt és nem volt fűtés! Emellett még sosem fordult velem elő, hogy egy szálláson nem tudták megoldani a gluténmentes reggelit. Ez egy 4 csillagos hotel, ahol semmilyen rugalmasság nincs senkiben, a munkatársak vállalhatatlanul beszélnek és viselkednek, és nem tudtak gluténmentes reggelit biztosítani, ami alap egy panzióban is. Kritikán aluli a szolgáltatási színvonal. Már a becsekkolásra is vagy 15 percet vártam, mert senki nem volt a recepción!
Bed was comfortable enough, with the extra door the room is nice and quiet. The lady who checked us in was very nice
The room hadn’t been thoroughly cleaned, somebody else’s towel was hanging up, there were old yoghurts and a filthy ice cube tray in the room’s mini fridge and there were dried out strawberries on the bed.
We tried to get a drink from the hotel bar on arrival but no staff present, turns out the member of staff was sat outside smoking and watching her phone while having a drink herself

Hotel was very clean and modern. lovely premium toiletries in the bathroom. Large comfy bed. Smart TV in the room as well as Nespresso coffee machine and capsules. Restaurant had great food
Pillows were too hard, but that's just my opinion. There was no tea in the room.
Gut erreichbar, nur wenige Auto-Minuten vom P+R Luchtbar entfernt. Mit ausreichend Platz im Zimmer, auch mit Kind. Gutes Frühstück mit Blick ins Grüne.
Das Haus ist alt. Teile wurden erneuert und es wirkt gepflegt. Unsere Couch aber hatte deutsche Flecken, als drittes Bett sieht man dies dann nicht mehr.
