Perfect stay for families with kids and pet
Pros:

Lots of parking space at the location.
Very clean rooms.
We loved the clean pool and the garden, these are the main assets of the hotel. The pool is perfect for families and the garden is big and green with plenty of space for the kids to play.
Table tennis available in the garden.

Breakfast buffet was ok, basic, but enough, you had all you need for breakfast, did not feel that we're missing something. Bonus were the fresh pancakes and the fresh smoothies, kids loved these.

Dinner (burger) was a bit overpriced, but tasty.

Pros:

Vriendelijk personeel. Schone kamers. Goede matrassen. Hele grote smart-tv. Rituals douchegel en shampoo. Waterkoker, thee, instantkoffie aanwezig. Er zit een gezellige tuin/weide met zwembad, ligstoelen, tafeltennistafel, terras, enz.
Uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet. Gratis parkeren.

Cons:

De directe omgeving is lelijk. De muren kunnen wel een likje verf gebruiken.

The hotel is in a good area close to where we needed to be, but we were not happy with the service.
Pros:

The breakfast wasn't bad, but the bacon was a bit too crispy. I think with low residency the breakfast area would be OK, but with the amount of people that were there it was messy and chaotic. the tables are too close to each other and there are not any personal around for most of the time. We had to wipe clean our own table and clean the chairs as well. Not well cleaned for a while.

Cons:

We didn't have any hot water in the morning. The front desk wasn't rude, but he wasn't friendly and the answer he gave in this regard were a bit insulting. He told us that there are only one boiler and that the large group used up all the hot water and that we should wait until 10h00. I asked him if there were no other plan he could make and he told us that we just need to wait, because there are in anyway no technician on site to rectify the problem. So, what was the problem then?
