Je trouve que la réception de l’hôtel est belle, mais c’est la seule chose que j’ai aimé
Il n’y a avait pas la climatisation alors qu’on était en période de canicule, j’avais du mal à trouver les lumières et aussi l’immeuble est extrêmement endommagé il y a de la peinture qui manque, des murs endommagés, les moquettes sont sales. Ce n’est vraiment pas ce à quoi je m’attendais
Le parking a proximité et le Hall de réception.
Tout la chambre insalubre la salle hors fonction, aucune poubelle dans la chambre moquette salle.
Prix exorbitant pour une chambre insalubre.

La clim en panne dans la chambre
un petit déjeuner à 19,80 € ou 45 pour un petit déjeuner continental vaguement amélioré avec du jambon en miettes et des petites tomates sur trois machines à café, une seule fonctionne et un cerbère à l'entrée un des serveurs particulièrement désagréable,
Quant au dîner, il faut attendre 40 minutes pour avoir la carte ou alors 40 minutes entre l'entrée et le plat essayer de demander une pièce de bœuf saignante. Elle vous arrivera à point.

Stayed at Novotel Paris Est recently. The hotel really needs to refresh and renovate its rooms, as they feel quite outdated. Unfortunately, many of the room facilities were not working properly, including the air conditioning, refrigerator, plumbing system, and several other amenities.
The only positive aspects of this hotel were the helpful service team, who genuinely tried their best to assist whenever possible, and the pleasant lobby ambience.
Location. It was close to my destination. I felt relaxed here
