Location, quality, cleanliness
We had an amazing stay at this hotel from the moment we walked in. We were greeted by wonderful staff (especially the kind hearted Nepalese male receptionist/manager who loves dogs!). Can not thank him enough for the kindness he showed us.
Room was clean and big, with a bath tub; buffet breakfast was great; everything was close by within walking distance.
Every staff member we came accross, was polite and helpful.
We will definitely go back soon.
Such a convenient well placed accommodation for our needs. Walking distance to Paddy's Markets, China Town, with train and light rail to go to other sights like fish market.
Bathroom layout was poor, no useable space for toiletries.

I have stayed here many times and I always love this hotel. Breakfast 🥞 is so good and I got a city view room this time which I loved. I also landed in Sydney when Vivid was on so got to see Vivid which was so beautiful ❤️

The check in staff let it down. Everyone in our group had an issue with the staff finding our bookings. Was a half an hour process each time.
