Everything staff are amazing
nice pool, comfortable bed, good climate control
no hand soap, average gym, expensive for what it is.
The location, the fitness facilities including the pool, spacious room, dining options, complementary dining voucher.
The room was ready earlier but early check in cost additional $30 when usually it’s complementary.
We loved how central the property was.

Good location close to central station and lightened rail. Very comfy beds & great facilities. Having a car park included in the nightly rate was appreciated.
Sauna was not very hot.

The kettle didn’t automatically shut off and I got a burn on my finger switching it off.
Professional staff. Great sized rooms. Cleanliness.
Short hike to trams. Only an issue for me as have had hip replacement. Healthy person will not notice.
