Great stay
Pros:

Great location.
Pros:

The staff did try to help however weather the importance or urgency of the tasks and situation wernt really understood. We were asked if we wanted to change rooms, but I had unpacked and was exhausted.
The pillows are as always fantastic and probably the most important yet comfortable part of my stay always.
If only we could purchase them!

Cons:

We arrived to an unclean room, children underwear left on the safe in the wardrobe. The tables marked with stained juice and the cardboard door signs have dirty finger prints on them. Dispute calling the next morning and leaving a voice mail message to ask for the room to be appropriately cleaned, I returned after work to find no cleaning had been done at all. Wet towels in bathroom still.
I understand that the property had had school children but honestly I always stay at the facility with work multiple times through the year and this was honestly the worst experience I’ve had. It wasn’t cheap to stay for 3 night out of my own pocket to be close to the office of my new employer as we live 3 hrs away…
It’s just very disappointing in all honesty.

Pros:

It was in such a good location, we parked our car when we got there and didn't use it again till we left. The staff were friendly and the buffet breakfast was good.

Cons:

When we arrived at 530pm our room wasn't ready, check in time is actually 300pm, they did give us a free drink each but we had an event on and really needed the room when we got there. They also forgot to come and grab us when it actually was ready about half an hour later.

We stayed at Rydges on a work trip, the breakfast was very good but I might not stay again

Bed very uncomfortable
Bed meant to be king single but only single
House keeping didn’t vacuum floors in room
Would have preferred street view

Comfortable :)
Pros:

Location was great. Room was comfortable, staff friendly.

Cons:

I enjoy a good sauna. One of the reasons we chose the property was the sauna. Unfortunately, the sauna requires maintenance so that the space reaches the optimal temperature for a sauna. Cold draught in the sauna and maximum temperature I could achieve was 35c which lasted for 5-10mins. Ideally, temperature should be 45-55c.

Comfortable, well located hotel with friendly staff and an awesome pool and sauna.
Pros:

It was comfortable and spacious and the location is ideal. Walking distance to many restaurants and cafes.

Cons:

The bathroom did not have a fan or window so it steams up pretty quick. Also the drainage of the water in the shower was quite poor.
