The location to the station was very handy. The shower was great pressure.

Nachts etwas laut vom Verkehr, die Fenster sind nicht/ wenig schallisoliert. Die Betten/ Matratzen waren uns zu weich. Zahlt man vor Ort mit Kreditkarte, wird eine Gebühr seitens Hotel aufgeschlagen. Das passiert ohne vorherige Ankündigung. Also am besten gleich beim Buchungsportal die Zahlung veranlassen, da spart man Geld.
Nice breakfast though coffee machine was splashing everyone, friendly staff, good facilities, welcome drink was a nice touch.
Bed was very soft and gave me and my husband sore backs (Rm 222), and pillows were too thick for side/front sleepers, also fridge was quite warm
Loved the location. Staff were helpful with enquiries about local businesses and such.
There were 2 cups,2 glasses(+ 2 wine) and 2 teaspoons in the room.We didnt want to dine at your restaurant and would have appreciated a couple of cereal bowls, small plates and cutlery.The bathroom basin had multiple cracks.The toilet paper was not replenished daily.There was no regular tea.We purchased our own.Not everyone has a device that casts to a TV.I could not find our tv's ID from the multiple choices.Very limited viewing options as a result.
breakfast was ok and the room was ok
couldn't get room service for dinner, was calling for 20 mins, called reception to explain i couldn't get through and they just said i would have to just keep trying, the app wasn't working. also no towels in the pool, have to go down to reception to get a pool towel? i think it was most disapointing because i compared it to rydges hunter valley which is amazing. excellent staff, breakfast + services, feels 5 star. this rydges felt like a completely different chain.
