The Boca Marriott is my “go-to” when I visit the area for business or with family. The Bar has a great vibe, and Mike the bartender makes you feel welcome, great service and wonderful drinks.
I truly enjoyed my stay at Marriott Boca Raton, everything from the check in process and the entirety of my stay. Dylan made the check in process very diligent and informative, Mary made sure to greet me multiple times through out my stay as I came and went and Pete made sure I had everything I needed, from extra waters to directions. It’s truly a phenomenal experience staying here.
Sho Dr elk checked me in. She is fabulous! She was able to accommodate all of my needs I asked for upon arrival. I appreciated all of her assistance and very warm welcome.
I spoke with Dylan on the phone prior to my arrival. He answered all of my questions. He greeted me upon arrival and recognized my voice. It’s nice to have someone remember you before you meet at the front desk.
He and Shondrell provided breakfast coupons for the weekend because the M Club doesn’t provide it on the weekends 😊.
We stayed on property a few times and will definitely return again.

Dylan at the front desk was great. We had an issue with our M lounge access and he took care of it right away. We really appreciate the attention to detail and service.
Renovated recently so super clean & new. Dylan at front desk was outstanding, he went above and beyond for this burned out caregiver in a ine nite getaway.
My stay at this Marriott was excellent. The front desk receptionists, Dylan and Christa, were very friendly, professional and I could tell they truly loved their job. I will certainly return and when I do, I hope Dylan or Christa are there to check me in.
My room was very comfortable and the fitness center was properly equipped and clean.
Had a wonderful stay thanks to the outstanding staff here. Christa was an absolute standout, she went above and beyond from the moment I arrived. She upgraded me to an M Club room and made sure every detail of my stay was taken care of. You could tell she genuinely cares about the guest experience, and it made all the difference. Dylan was also fantastic and very attentive throughout my stay. This is the kind of team that makes you want to come back. Highly recommend!
Very unhappy with the payment system; I got charged twice and the staff was not helpful at all while it is a known Marriott issue. Pretty uncommon to witness unfriendly staff in USA
I had a wonderful experience from the moment i checked in until i departed. Both Mary and Dylon were gracious hosts at the front desk and made me feel very welcomed. The room was amazing as well as the view. The surrounding area was equally as impressive. 5 stars to team Boca Marriott, particularly Mary & Dylan.
Clean hotel with great amenities. Relaxing pool area with lots of seating including shade. Pete came around regularly asking us if we would like water and brought it cold which was so kind. He would take the time to ask us where we were from, how long staying and genuinely cared for and about his guests. Always greeted people when walking past which makes people feel seen and important. He loves great hospitality.
Nice meal at dinner and good service from the bartender. The music was a little high for good conversation and in the middle of the open lobby so making it by a window or some more coziness like plans or booths or small sectionals would make it more relaxed feel. Staff seemed to have good rapport with each other. Dylan st checkout greeted with a smile and asked if every was satisfactory. Would be back for sure!
