Very nice place to stay in Strasbourg
Pros:

Very convenient location. In one building there is a shopping center, an Auchan grocery store and a two-level underground parking. Public transport is in front of the entrance. The city center is across the bridge. Very rich breakfast. The room has air conditioning, convenient sockets. Very clean and thoroughly cleaned.

Cons:

The hotel offers to use the -2 level of parking. And there is no elevator there. It is inconvenient to drag suitcases up the narrow stairs.

Pros:

L'hôtel est très bien placé pour visiter Strasbourg, proximité immédiate de la cathédrale et de Petite France. Personnel et accueillant et très aimable. Beau RDC de l'hôtel Lit adulte très confortable, chambre familiale, salle de bain et toilette propre.

Cons:

la chambre familiale est très petite avec 2 ados et un des 2 lits enfant grinçait à chaque mouvement. La moquette couloir et chambre a déjà bien vécu. Petit déjeuner hors de prix avec des ados (gratuit moins de 12 ans) nous avons donc préféré le prendre en ville.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Der Eingangsbereich, Lounge und Speisebereich war sehr schön gestaltet und sehr gemütlich. Die Zimmer waren gut ausgestattet, man hatte alles was man brauchte.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war okay. Die Möbel, der Boden war alles sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Aber noch okay. Der Halter für Toilettenpapier ist fast aus der Wand gefallen. Man konnte damit sehr gut umgehen, wäre aber schöner, wenn es mal etwas generalüberholt werden würde.
Die Toilette und das Bad mit Dusche sind separat, was im Grunde ja auch super ist, allerdings ist die Toilette so klein wie möglich, die Tür kaum zu zu bekommen und nach dem Toilettengang muss man ins neben Bad um sich die Hände zu waschen.
Auf der Buchungsseite stand, das unter anderem Englisch und Deutsch gesprochen werden würde. Mit Englisch konnte man sich gut verständigen, aber jemanden der Deutsch kann, haben wir nicht getroffen.

Pros:

Breakfast was good, although the croissants were not as buttery as the rest of the viennoiserie. Staff were polite and welcoming.

Cons:

All three doors (toilet, WC, and ante-chamber) in the room creaked. Going for a overnight visit to the toilet, all family was up. The bathtub's and the lavatory's sinks were clogged. One side of the double bed was slightly tilted. Details of furniture saw better days.
