Overall was great except parking hassle
Pros:

Location and cleanliness of room

Cons:

Had to move the car to P1 from P1 before 6 pm due to capacity of P1 . I had to come back to the hotel from middle of movie at TIFF which consumed unnecessary time wasting. Parking garage at P2 was under maintenance and only 1 way of enter and exit which made traffic

Unacceptable experience. One day during my stay, I returned at night and found my room door wide open, evidently left unlocked by the cleaning staff. It is completely unacceptable to put a guest's safety and belongings at risk like this. Having to stress out and check if anything was missing was awful. After this incident, I obviously didn't request housekeeping for the rest of my stay. I expected a much higher standard of security and professionalism.

Pros:

The front office staff was super nice! Same with the people working at the restaurant. Really great!

Cons:

I'm still waiting for the refund of the security deposit required at check-in. After contacting the hotel several times, I was told it would take a few days or weeks. However, it has now been a month since I checked out.

Le lit étais très confo mais la chambre etais petite, la douche aurais besoin dun ptit cou dpouce 😀et sa manque de lumiere mais appart sa cetais un super endroit prêt de tout nos activité ! Et que dire du personelles👌🏻

Pros:

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral. Man ist zu Fuß schnell an der Union Station, an der Waterfront und am St. Lawrence Market. Zum CN Tower ist es auch nicht weit. Dort sollte man eigentlich einen Termin buchen. Ebenso wie zu Toronto Islands.
Das Zimmer war geräumig, das Bett ist sehr angenehm.

Perfekte Lage für Downtown Toronto
Pros:

Perfekte Lage, um innerhalb von 20 Gehminuten die wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten Torontos zu erreichen. Bequeme Betten, groß genug für 2 Erwachsene, somit können sich 4 Personen ein Doppelzimmer teilen.Das Frühstück ist ganz ok!

Cons:

Unfreundlicher Check in, keine Angabe zu den Parkplatzkosten gemacht. Für einen halben Tag 40 CAD bezahlt. Gleich um die Ecke sind 2 Parkhäuser, die kosten 20-30 CAD für 24 h!
Klimaanlage zu laut, Teppichboden im Zimmer unhygienisch.

Pros:

Hôtel très bien situé, il est possible de faire tout le quartier “downtown” à pieds. Les chambres sont spacieuses
