Great location. We arrived by train from Ottawa, and the train station is very close to the hotel—getting there was very easy. The hotel has excellent facilities, including a nice pool. The breakfast was delicious. We also appreciated that the hotel offers premium channels like TSN; this was great for watching World Cup matches in our room, even though the hotel had set up a really cool area on the ground floor for fans. The service provided by the waiters at breakfast was very friendly.
At check-in, there was an issue with my credit card, and the transaction was taking a while to go through. Even though I was the only one being served, the receptionist seemed a bit impatient.
Loved everything but the bathroom doors. Location was excellent. Close to everything that we went to. Comfy bed!

Nicht ausreichend genug Plätze beim Frühstück vorhanden, es kam zeitweise zu längeren Wartezeiten, teilweise Tische mit sehr tiefen Sofas, die beim Frühstücken unbequem waren

Would have been great to have ceramic mugs rather than styrofoam and a central room lighting
The room was a good size. The location of the hotel was great, only a few minutes walk to St Lawrence market, 10 minutes to Union Station, 15 minutes to CN Tower and Sankofa Square.
Happy hours
Chose upgrade when emailed about it but once we arrived we were told there were none left. A bit disappointing..our view was towards derelict looking apartments.
