Perfect for OUR Toronto stay
Pros:

Location is excellent and several choices of eateries adjacent to the hotel

Cons:

Cleaning staff didn’t clean room until late afternoon.
Front staff not at all knowledgeable about city activities such as cruise tours . They need a concierge !!!!

excellent emplacement, taille de la chambre très correcte pour un hotel de centre ville, lit confortable , chambre propre

Cons:

les portes des chambres claquent même si on les ferme doucement , avec un bruit très désagréable entendu dans la chambre à chaque fois que quelqu'un entre et sort d'une chambre adjacente ; le personnel n'avait pas de réponse à apporter à cette remarque .
la chambre donnait sur un toit d'immeuble avec ordures qui mériteraient d'être nettoyées
