Comfortable hotel
Pros:

Comfortable room, good location

Cons:

Reception staff failed to mention we needed to pay for breakfast in advance at check-in. Not serious but inconvenient.

Gute Unterkunft
Pros:

Die Freundlichkeit der Rezeptionsmitarbeiter und ihre Unterstützung bei Fragen war sehr gut. Der Ausblick ist super. Das Zimmer komfortabel.

Cons:

Es gab eine Kaffeemaschine im Zimmer, aber keine Kaffeekapseln. Zudem war die Maschine dreckig. Im Bad habe ich leider in der Dusche Haare gefunden, die nicht von mir waren. Die Lage ist ohne Auto ziemlich abseits. Zumindest gibt es eine gute Anbindung an den Bus.

Sauberkeit, Ausstattung Zimmer, bequemes Bett, fairer Preis

Cons:

unmotiviertes Personal, der Herr vom Empfang steht lieber vor dem Hotel und raucht anstatt die Gäste zu empfangen, Reinigungspersonal platzt direkt nach Bezug des Zimmers herein, Zimmer war 15Uhr nicht fertig - ein alternatives Zimmer gab es nur auf Nachdruck - dafür hatten die Gäste hinter uns dann kein bezugsfähiges Zimmer, Personal macht viele Dinge nebenher anstatt eine Sache zu bearbeiten

Die Dame an der Rezeption bei Ankunft schien sehr Planlos. Leider ließ sich ein Zimmer nicht mehr stornieren obwohl es einen triftigen Grund gab(Todesfall)

Angenehmes Hotel mit einem gutem Preis-Leistungsverhältnis
Pros:

Gute Lage, um Spaziergänge an der Donau zu machen. In die Innenstadt braucht man 20 Minuten zu Fuß, auch an der Donau entlang. Beim Frühstück gibt es eine gute Auswahl und die Zimmer haben eine angenehme Größe mit bequemen Betten.

Pros:

Die Sauna hat uns gut gefallen, der Blick von der dazugehörigen Dachterrasse .
Auch der Blick vom Restaurant aus ins Freie und zur Donaulände hin war sehr schön. Das Frühstück im Allgemeinen war sehr lecker. Das Essen im Restaurant am Abend war sehr gut.

Cons:

Die Dachterrasse die zur Sauna gehört, hätte mehr Pflege hinsichtlich der Pflanzen bedurft, die wenigen waren sehr vernachlässigt. Der Personalschlüssel für das Frühstücksbüfett war zu niedrig, die Kaffeeautomaten waren immer wieder nicht funktionsfähig und keiner da, dies zu richten. Die Brötchen waren leider minderer Qualität.
