Chattanooga Marriott Downtown

I stayed at the Chattanooga Marriott Downtown while on a work trip and was very pleased with the service I received at Breakfast. Ms. Trice was so warm, welcoming, friendly, and attentive. I enjoyed her beautiful and kind spirit and would highly recommend you request her as your server in the restaurant.

Wonderful hotel. Amazing staff, especially Moma Trice, who made me feel welcome and loved her job.

I’ve had such a wonderful experience at the Chattanooga Marriott Downtown, and a huge part of that has been the incredible team in the M Lounge.

Denise and Jennifer are absolutely amazing. They are warm, welcoming, attentive, and somehow always seem to remember the little things that make you feel genuinely taken care of. Every time I walk into the lounge, they make it feel comfortable and personal rather than just another hotel space.

And DeeLo, the chef, deserves his own recognition. He does such a great job with the food and is always so kind and personable. You can tell he takes pride in what he does.

When you travel often, exceptional service really stands out, and Denise, Jennifer, and DeeLo are the kind of people who make you look forward to coming back. They are truly an asset to this Marriott. Thank you all for making my stays in Chattanooga feel a little more like home!

Great experience at the lobby and great experience at breakfast with Momma Trice.

Miss Trice was a great waitress for our breakfast meal. The food was great.

Mama Trice took great care of us at breakfast. Service was great and she entertained us as well. Keep her around!!

I just want to give a big shout out to The staff at Marriott. In particular, Mama Trice and DeAngelo provided great service. I don't eat pork and DeAngelo immediately offered turkey sausage options. Mama Trice wasn't our waitress and she was the one who took care of us on both days at breakfast. She offered a special gift to my girlfriend on her birthday. Well done and this is why we'll return... The people and the great service

This is by far one of the best Marriott’s we’ve stayed at. We try to only stay at Marriott’s and The front desk was super polite and accommodating. His name was Daniel to our breakfast with D’Angelo and Mama Tricie. I also just happened to mentioned it was birthday and the went it back and made me feel special. I also had a piece of cake waiting for me in my room the night of my birthday from the Marriot Staff. Very nice surprise!!!

I only stayed for one night, but the rooms were all very nice, along with the hotel. The reason I’m giving this review, is because I had a chance to be served breakfast this morning by the waitress Mama Trice. Chattanooga Marriott, make sure you hold onto this one, she’s a keeper… thanks Mama Trice! I hope our paths cross again…

Ms. Norma Trice was our server at breakfast. She was very helpful, kind, and attentive. She made our breakfast experience very lovely and pleasant.

Our breakfast experience at the Marriott Chattanooga Downtown started off very poorly. We stood waiting while two employees at the desk completely ignored us. However, once Moma Trice was notified that we were waiting, everything changed. She immediately stepped in, welcomed us, and provided absolutely exceptional service.

Her professionalism, attentiveness, leadership, and genuine hospitality turned the entire experience around. She took care of us from beginning to end and made us feel valued as guests. She is truly the ONLY reason I am giving this experience five stars. Without her, my rating would have been very different.

If I could give Moma Trice 10 stars, I would! Marriott is fortunate to have someone who understands what outstanding customer service and hospitality should look like.

We had a great stay at the Marriott Chattanooga Downtown. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. We especially enjoyed the breakfast and want to give a special thank you to Mona Trice. She served us during breakfast and was so sweet, kind, and attentive. Her wonderful service really made our morning special. We would definitely stay here again!
