Cons:

Sehr laut , Gerüstbauarbeiten am Gebäude. Nachts vor dem Hotel viel Unruhe.

La proximité avec la gare centrale et la gare routière, les horaires de réception qui permet une arrivée tardive, le personnel est très agréable et accueillant, la chambre est propre, décorée et le lit est confortable

hotel ist zu empfehlen, wenn man Lage nähe Hauptbahnhof sucht.
Pros:

Tolles Interieur, zentrale Lage Nettes Personal beim Frühstück. Frühstücksbuffet war vielfältig und umfangrwich.

Cons:

Ich hatte noch eine Übernachtung nachgebucht und beim Einchecken konnte die 2 Übernachtung nicht bestätigt werden. Ich musste morgens vor Check out Zeit der 1. übernachtung nochmal zur Rezeptuon und die 2. Übernachtung bestätigen und klären ob ich das Zimmer behalten kann.
Durch das Drogenmilieu des Hauptbahnhofs direkt vor und ums Hotel war leider die Atmosphäre uns Hotel nicht so schön.

Nice main photo , it’s not the hotel! …
Pros:

Not a nice area, people sitting on the entrance steps smoking and drinking beer at 9am, clearly not guests but should be moved on

Cons:

2 staff on desk, one of them just ignored us and other guests whilst playing on his phone didn’t even hide it. No coffee or tea in rooms,

Schönes Zimmer mit sehr bequemen Betten, hervorragende und zuvorkommende MitarbeiterInnen und gutes Frühstück. Rundherum ein gelungener Aufenthalt mit der Möglichkeit, früher einzudecken und am Abreisetag noch das Gepäck kostenfrei zu lagern. Vielen herzlichen Dank.

Falls ich noch einmal buchen würde, ist auf jeden Fall ein größeres Zimmer ratsam.
Pros:

Bahnhofsnähe war praktisch.
Sehr aufmerksam war eine Wasserkaraffe im Foyer mit Zitronen-, und Orangenscheiben für alle Gäste.

Cons:

Leider Zimmer viel zu klein und viele „abgestürzte „Existenzen“ auf der Südseite des Bahnhofs. Da kann das Hotel nichts dafür.
