Pros:

Hotelzimmer: Zweckmäßig und sehr sauber.
Frühstück: Gute Auswahl, der Service ist sehr freundlich und füllt das Buffet ständig wieder auf.
Lage: Die Einkaufsstrassen Richtung Binnenalster sind gut zu Fuss erreichbar, U-Bahn und S-Bahn direkt vor dem Hotel.

Cons:

Lage: Der Platz zwischen Hauptbahnhof und St.Georg zieht viele Menschen an, die weniger Glück im Leben haben und auf der Suche nach Pfandflaschen oder einem Schlafplatz sind, häufig gezeichnet von Suchterkrankung. Wir wurden jedoch nie angesprochen, die Polizei ist rund um die Uhr vor Ort, ein Grossstadtzentrum eben. Bei geschlossenen Fenstern ist der Strassenlärm im Hotel nicht zu hören.

Good hotel in somewhat dubious surroundings.
Pros:

The room was well-equipped, it had a very nice bathroom. Breakfast was good, staff was friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Its location is somewhat awkward, with all the drug addicts around at certain hours. But that's not something the hotel can help.

Sauber, alles da was man braucht. Sehr gutes Frühstück. Super, dass man erst 12 Uhr auschecken muss.

Cons:

Schwierige Parkplatzsuche, Lärm in der Nacht, wenn das Zimmer zum Vorplatz hat mit vielen Obdachlosen u.a.

Das Frühstück war in Ordnung und das Personal des Restaurants war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Die Lage war gut, aber genau deswegen hielten sich nachts betrunkene und seltsame Leute am Eingang und rund um das Hotel auf. Das war nicht gerade angenehm, vor allem, da wir mit Kindern unterwegs waren. Leider war das WLAN in unserem Zimmer nicht gut genug.

Det var ingen aircondition. Lokasjonen var ikke bra. Det var mye som skjedde på utsiden av hotellet der politiet måtte komme opp til flere ganger i døgnet. Personellet var ikke så serviceorientert.

Good stay as a stop for the night near train station.
Pros:

The room was clean and a good size.
It was quiet.
The receptionist at our arrival was very nice and helped us through the entrance stairs with our luggage.
Very close to the train station.

Cons:

People loitering at the entrance at the hotel made it a little bit scary. I would not have gone out late at night.
