Gutes Hotel in der Nähe vom Bahnhof,
Pros:

Die Lage ist super, wenn man mit dem Zug anreist. 5 Min bis zum.Bahnhof. Und man ist schnell zu Fuss in die Stadt.
Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Das Frühstück ist auch sehr gut,. Ich hatte ein Komfortzimmer mit Dusche, da hatte ich auch nichts auszusetzen. Für ein bis zwei Nächte ist es absolut empfehlenswert.

Cons:

Die Gegend ist natürlich nicht so toll, wegen der Bahnhofsnähe. Das ist ja klar. Und die Zimmer sind etwas hellhörig. Leider liegt die Rezeption etwas erhöht und es gibt keinen Aufzug bis dahin, somit muss man die Koffer die Stufen hochschleppen. Ab dann geht es dann aber mit dem Aufzug weiter. Und der Preis ist natürlich happig, aber Hamburg ist halt eine teuere Stadt.

Sehr freundliches Personal, ruhige Zimmer, sehr gute Lage für Reisende und ein sehr gutes Frühstück.
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe des Hauptbahnhofs und ist gut zu Fuß von dort erreichbar. Wir waren auf der Durchreise und daher nur eine Nacht im Hotel und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Sowohl am Empfang, als auch beim Frühstück waren alle Mitarbeiter sehr zuvorkommend, freundlich und kompetent. Das Zimmer war sehr ruhig und die Betten boten einen erholsamen Schlaf. Wir werden das Hotel bei weiteren Reisen wieder wählen.

Cons:

Die Lage am Bahnhof ist einerseits sehr positiv für Reisende, andererseits hat sich die Situation auf der Straße in Hamburg nicht zum Besten entwickelt. Rund um den Bahnhof gibt es definitiv Brennpunkte und mindestens einer befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Hotel. Auch wenn die Polizei vor Ort präsent ist, sollte man dies bedenken. Wir haben keine negativen Erfahrungen gemacht und möchten dies auch nicht pauschal kritisieren. Wir reisen aber öfters über Hamburg und nehmen hier eine deutliche Ausbreitung vor.

Trasig fjärrkontroll. Trasiga hattkrokar. Uselt placering av värdeskåp. Dessutom fungerade inte värdeskåpet. Inget Wlfi. Måste belysningskällor ur funktion.

la zona antistante è una nota piazza di spaccio, con operazioni di polizia una volta al giorno, circa, tipo csi. I mendicanti chiedono la carità assiepati fino agli scalini che conducono all'ingresso, per cui in alcuni momenti bisogna fare lo slalom. La stanza che ci è stata attribuita era una singola anche piuttosto piccola con un letto matrimoniale per cui non si riusciva nemmeno ad aprire la valigia. La disponibilità delle receptionist davvero inconsistente: basti pensare che nemmeno Booking riusciva a contattarle su mia istanza.

Das Haus liegt gut erreichbar einen Steinwurf vom Hauptbahnhof entfernt, gut für einen kurzen stopover.

Die direkte Umgebung ist problematisch; da gibt es viele Menschen, die offenbar drogenabhängig sind.

Incheckningen förmörkade hela vistelsen

Det urusla mottagandet vid incheckningen. Personen som var ansvarig för receptionen stod utanför hotellet när vi kom. Vi kånkade upp vårt bagage. Han fanns bakom receptionsdisken före oss. Jag började med att säga mitt namn och att vi bokat ett dubbelrum. Han var tydligen inte van vid att höra främmande accenter, eftersom han frågade (på tyska): ”Vad vill ni?”. Vi svarade att vi bokat rum. I bister (som vi upplevde) ton sa han känslokallt ”Får jag se era pass”. Vi tilldelades vårt rum. Men innan vi lämnade receptionen ställde vi frågor om frukosten. Samma avmätta , otrevliga ton som under incheckningen. Vi vill också tillägga att vi vid utcheckningen morgonen därpå (13/9) möttes av motsatsen, en jättetrevlig kille i receptionen.

Cons:

Poorly designed shower room, nowhere to put one's own shower stuff, curtain round shower which does not fit properly.
It's OK when you get inside, but very busy outside and people sit on the entrance steps.
