Nice place, good position but the attitudeis not acceptable

I liked the location, it was near every center point, and near times square

I would definitely stay again, a few small changes or add ons would make this a 10, but for now will give it a 7.
Pros:

Location location! The AVAILABILITY OF 3 restaurants on premises. Best elevator system in the city! 6 fast elevators , never waited!

Cons:

Very few amenities in the room. Real glasses would have been nice. Real soap, a table to put things on, more light switches. One light switch for all lights , extremely bright!

Location was great. Packed and go breakfast was super convenient.

Cons:

Our room was a little run down. The aircon unit lights up the hole room at night, in the 5 days we were there the TV needed to be fixed and the bathroom door had to be repaired as door latch wouldn't open. Note they would have someone there with in 5 minutes when there was a problem.

מרכז הענינים ככר טיימס. הכל זמין וקרוב

קבלנו חדר קטנטן. אין מקום למזוודות.
בקומה 5 חדר 539 וחדר 541 צמודים למנועי המזגנים של המלון. רעש בלתי נסבל. לא ניתן לישון.
לא היתה ארוחת בוקר כפי שהובטח אלא לחמניה עם ביצה לא אכילה. ואו קרואסון או פירות. קפה או מיץ דלוחים. תור משתרך ואין מקום ישיבה. בתוספת תשלום משמעותי ניתן לקבל יותר.
לאשתי לא היתה ארוחת בוקר כי אין להם פתרון לחולה צליאק שאסור לו גלוטן. במסעדה שלהם בקשתי פרוסת לחם ללא גלוטן בקשו 10.85 דולר לפרוסה. בקיצור אל תפרסמו כולל ארוחת בוקר כי זה מטעה מאד.
המלון יפה ונקי והיו בדרך כלל אנשים נחמדים...

Essa foi minha terceira vez no hotel, mas fiquei decepcionado.

O preço da diária. O quarto não funcionava o aquecimento e nem o exautor do banheiro. A maçaneta da porta do benheiro estava quebrada. A vista do quarto era para alguns equipamentos no telhado que faziam muito barulho. No quarto não tinha máquina de café, mesa e cadeira. Não tinha reposição da agua e do café
