Location
The information provided at check-in was non existent even using the QR code in the room the information was difficult to navigate and just went in circles. The room was shabby and run down, wallpaper peeling and the sheets and towels were threadbare. No tea and coffee making were provided until asked for twice. The included breakfast is horrible, the grab and go much worse than the sit down food. We feel like the room was given a quick tidy and not really cleaned each day. Was hot in NYC and we asked for a top sheet as the provided comforter was way too hot. Again had to ask twice and then they were removed the next day so we had to ask again. This time we hid them so they wouldn’t be removed.
The hotel is in a great location and overall everything was good. The staff were excellent and very helpful. The complimentary breakfast was decent, but nothing special. One important thing: if your room faces the main entrance, be prepared for construction noise throughout the night, which makes it very difficult to sleep. I strongly recommend requesting a room facing the interior courtyard instead.

Very very noisy. Constructions near the hotel 24 hours a day. Couldn't sleep at all. Smoking porch right beneath the room. Grab and go Breakfast is terrible.
