Pros:

The stuff was friendly and I liked the security they had for all guests no one could approach the elevators with out showing their room key

Cons:

Everything was perfect however the stuff on the front desk could be a little more friendly

Overall a good experience
Pros:

Lovely hotel with a fantastic location. Lifts plenty and worked well. Clean and tidy rooms with great views. Air conditioning very noisy. Housekeeping staff friendly and pleasant. Overall a good stay at a great location.

Cons:

Breakfast to go was good but not everyone got vouchers even though room for 3 was more expensive, only entitled to 2 vouchers. Staff at front desk and porters were polite but not friendly.

Lovely location nice hotel
Pros:

Location is excellent right in the middle of the action. Hotel and rooms were clean and well presented. The weekly wine get together was very good and very popular

Cons:

The room was dark but manageable there was noise from extraction fans out side but not a big problem.
Room housekeeping was hit and miss out of 7 nights we only had bottled water supplied twice the maid said they don’t have any. One day the room wasn’t cleaned until 5.30 in the evening then only after asking

Nice enough if you have unlimited funds
Pros:

Secure and close enough to walk to mostly everything, including the subway station for further venues.

Cons:

The price… why was the same room with extremely small bathroom $225 more than the exact same room! Ridiculous. Also “free” breakfast but only for 4 of the 7 guests.

Great place to stay in NYC
Pros:

Great location right in the Theatre District. We could walk everywhere. The Art Deco design of the building was like being in a museum! The staff was great, the beds were wonderful, the free breakfasts and wine/appetizer afternoons were exceptional. When I come back to NYC, I will definitely return here!

Tiene cosas a mejorar pero volvería

Las camas son anchas, todo funciona bien y la ubicación es inmejorable

La habitación tiene muy poca luz. También nos cobraron la estadía a la tarjeta de crédito sin consultarlo antes y queríamos pagar con efectivo

The lady in the check in was not kind when I ask to change the . Next the allowed to change after réclamation.
The breakfast was included but grip and go is not fear for the amount we paid and for the hotel standing ! ?
