The staff were helpful and the breakfast was good. Very close to Harrods.
The rooms need upgrading, very shabby. Even the lampshades were stained and dirty. Bathroom needed repairs as things were broken.
Absolutely terrible experience at Millennium Hotel Knightsbridge. The room was filthy from the moment we arrived. The windows were covered in dust, the beds were ripped, and there were stains all over the bedding.
The bathroom was even worse — toilets were not cleaned properly, the walls had slime on them, and there were hairs on the towels they provided.
After complaining, they moved us to another room, but unbelievably the second room was even worse than the first,and the toilet door doesn't even shut properly
This place is an absolute bag of nails and completely falling apart. Definitely not worth the money and I would never stay here again.
Great location for our requirements friendly staff
The breakfast wasn’t great but ok also there is a manhole cover out on the main road that rattled every time a vehicle goes over it . Quite annoying at night when trying to sleep on floor 12 😲 a quick call to the local highways dept would be a blessing

Location great, very central.Rooms in dreadful condition, poor bathrooms and furniture extremely worn. Very expensive room. The staff manage to keep a shabby hotel clean which must be demoralising for them. Several staff were listening to my dissatisfaction at reception but no manager spoke to me.
The location is excellent and the staff was very helpful when I asked to change rooms.
The hotel could use a refresh. The rooms are a bit dated and run down but they are clean.
