It was very conveniently located. The room was clean. The employees were very friendly.

Guests across the hall woke my famly becuase they were partying at 3am. I called the front desk many times and they never answered. I was told they would comp me points and never did. I dont have the time to call and argue with that specific hotel. I just won't be staying at Hyatts.
We stayed here for four days during a sports tournament, and it was a highly disappointing experience. The swimming pool and the guest laundry washers were completely out of service for the duration of our trip. For a family traveling for a multi-day tournament, having no working laundry machines or a pool for the kids was a major inconvenience. To make matters worse, the ice machine was constantly empty. When we brought this to the attention of the front desk, the staff dismissed the issue. They simply told us that "it is like that every weekend" when the hotel is busy with guests. Instead of trying to fix the problem or offer a solution, they acted like it was normal to run out of basic amenities.
Location was perfect, overall size and layout of room was great, very clean and staff very friendly. The vanity was very large and enough space for 2 to get ready and it was outside of the actual bathroom.
The bathroom itself was extremely small. It appears to be an older hotel with a remodel. However, not enough plug ins near the bed though for all your charging needs.

We LOVE hyatts. The only hotels we stay at, which are a lot. But NOT this one. Run down; gross, outdated, room was falling apart, literally. Mold? Food wrappers on the ground next to the bed? No thanks.
Felt mislead in photos, the pool was slimy and gross , our bedroom had a smoke smell , with stains on the floor , it was not what id expected for the price we paid . One of the workers was rude when we asked for towels because our room had only 1 one towl in it. The trash in the hallway by the elevator was piled up for an entire day. We were definitely displeased with the staff and the environment the hotel gave off. My yogurt i got was expired, and the fruit to put in your yogurt looked like it was sitting out for entire year before serving to people.
