Horrible condition, cant believe Hyatt allows their name to be used. Ice machines nad laundry machines not working, lumps in carpet. so dated.
Convenient to all the places I need to go, Loved being next to the bookstore, felt safe in neighborhood, room was great, clean.

My first read some of the reviews saying do not stay here. Hotel needs upgrading and better customer service but my experience was great. Kaitlyn on the front desk was amazing. My room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast in the morning was fantastic. I would definitely stay here again.
The staff were kind and helpful. The room was on the first floor and close to a door for easier loading/unloading our belongings.
The bathroom was incredibly small and cramped. The door BARELY closed due to the placement of the toilet and larger walk-in shower. The room was fairly clean, but the bathroom had human and pet hairs stuck to the corners and dirty spots that were missed by housekeeping. No exhaust fan.
The pull out mattress was extremely flat and uncomfortable.
Overall, it needed a good scrubbing. Everything was shabby. The prices on amenities were astronomical ($5 for a 24-oz bottle of water and $8 for a small cup of knock-off Dip 'n Dots ice cream). The pool area needed to be restocked with towels. This hotel seemed overall like a forgotten property.

Guests across the hall woke my famly becuase they were partying at 3am. I called the front desk many times and they never answered. I was told they would comp me points and never did. I dont have the time to call and argue with that specific hotel. I just won't be staying at Hyatts.
We stayed here for four days during a sports tournament, and it was a highly disappointing experience. The swimming pool and the guest laundry washers were completely out of service for the duration of our trip. For a family traveling for a multi-day tournament, having no working laundry machines or a pool for the kids was a major inconvenience. To make matters worse, the ice machine was constantly empty. When we brought this to the attention of the front desk, the staff dismissed the issue. They simply told us that "it is like that every weekend" when the hotel is busy with guests. Instead of trying to fix the problem or offer a solution, they acted like it was normal to run out of basic amenities.
Location was perfect, overall size and layout of room was great, very clean and staff very friendly. The vanity was very large and enough space for 2 to get ready and it was outside of the actual bathroom.
The bathroom itself was extremely small. It appears to be an older hotel with a remodel. However, not enough plug ins near the bed though for all your charging needs.
Awesome location! Very clean room as well.
