Pros:

The location was great. Breakfast was good. The room was clean.

Cons:

The hotel lost my reservation which was paid in full in advance. Even with a receipt showing confirmation number and full payment it took an hour just to convince them to give me a room. The first time we flushed the toilet it backed up and overflowed. The TV didn't work so we finally got us moved to a new room after 10 pm. There was conflicting signage at the swimming pool. One sign said closed at 11 pm. The staff made us get out at 10 pm saying the sign was wrong. They were very rude about it. Wasn't the best overall experience for nearly $1200 for 5 nights.

It was fine. Would have been great without the water leaking on the floor.
Pros:

Location was fantastic. Towels were fluffy. Room temp was nice and cool.

Cons:

Room flooded while we were sleeping overnight. Must have been the mini fridge because it was turned off upon arrival. I turned it back on so I could use it not realizing it was probably turned off because it leaks water. All of our items sitting on the floor got soaked. Front desk was like oh thanks for letting us know. That’s it.

PLEASE STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE AND SAVE YOUR MONEY.
Pros:

Besides the location of this hotel, everything else was definitely a one out of five. The first thing I noticed was it was 96° outside and there was no water in the lobby for guests. We’re here in a volleyball tournament and we’re coming off the beach for the event and I was hoping to get a drink of water in the lobby while we checked in instead all that was available was hot coffee. I don’t know who wants to drink hot coffee when it’s 96° outside. The second thing is the pool is extremely small, crowded, and dirty. My daughter refused to swim in the pool. I had to go down to the lobby to get my own towels, my room was never touched the entire three nights we stayed, even though I called the lobby to request housekeeping services. Not only that I had to pull my own trash and put it in the hallway to be taken away. I don’t appreciate paying what we had to pay to stay in a place that doesn’t take care of their guests. We will not be returning and I advise that if you’re looking at this hotel that you look elsewhere. lastly, paying to park is ridiculous if you are staying as a guest in the hotel.

Decent price for the Convenience
Pros:

Loved the convenience to the beach. Literally 2 blocks from the ocean. Everything was clean and everyone was friendly.
The beds were firm, so if you like a firm mattress, might be good for you. Pillows were great! Lots of electrical plugs for charging electronics. Internet is free for 5 days, basic use. Netflix was easy to sign into on the tv.

Cons:

My room's AC unit and light bulb by the door were not functional. I managed to get the house keeper to call maintenance and he was able to fix the ac unit when front desk staff couldn't. Didn't care about the light bulb as there were plenty of lamps in the room and AC was priority since it was gonna be almost 100 degrees.

Had a great stay with 2 friends! Walkable from the beach/strip, and free breakfast! 10/10 recommend
