Pros:

I had to check out prior to having any breakfast. I can not comment on that, however; im sure it was great ! Staff were friendly, accomodating, and the room was clean

Cons:

Rooms were a little dated. Alarm clock didnt work, so we used our phones. Wake up call was supposed to ensure fail safe mode in case alarm clock didnt work. Unfortunately, that didnt happen either.

Convenient, and a great value!
Pros:

Very friendly staff. Spacious and comfortable roo. Excellent breakfast. Shuttle service to Duke Eye Center was a great help.

Cons:

Bathroom is tiny for such a spacious room.

Good Experience!
Pros:

Very good, but the internet access was a pain to connect to (had to call the service number to manually connect!), and the shuttle isn’t available during the weekends. We were visiting my sick father and the shuttle was the main thing that we got this hotel for. Please make the shuttle available on the weekends!

Though, the service was amazing. Our room was clean each time we came back, the pool was absolutely wonderful, the room service was perfect, and the workers were so kind and thoughtful. The hotel is very cute too, very nicely decorated and the restaurant is very good too. Overall a wonderful experience!!

It was just the bare minimum and I usually get more for Hilton properties
