The location is perfect. The room well equipped.
The room was too small for the price. What I paid for this kind of room is definately not correct.
The general areas look like an exclusive cafeteria. No Venetian charm.
The location is very good if you like to stay in Dorsoduro.
For a four stars hotel it lacks quality control. We had to request additional toilet paper everyday (they did not leave an additional set in the bathroom) or they did not have soap (they referred to problems with the provider). Service could be better for a four stars hotel.
The facilities are a bit limited. There is nowhere to sit to relax or to wait. Just rooms.

A great place to get the “feel” of Venice. Local on a canal and close to major cultural destinations.
This was our last stop on a 2 week journey of Italy and it was a great way to end our trip. The staff was so friendly and helpful for anything we needed. The breakfast each day was amazing with such a variety of food and pastries. The happy hour provided snacks as well as great drinks. The hotel was very clean and our room was spotless. Would highly recommend.

Location and friendly staff
Close to the San Marco Tourist area and Gondola services. Can walk most anywhere in short time from this Hotel. Breakfast was good. Staff is helpful and ready to provide service. Water Taxi picks up in front of this hotel.
Outside tables for dinning, were absent, maybe they don't support outside dinning, or maybe the space is not good for that kind of setup.
Highly recommend this hotel. It is in a great location in the Dorsoduro neighborhood near Ponte dell'Accademia and two art museums - the Peggy Guggenheim collection and Gallerie dell'Accademia. The hotel is also unique because it has its own boat stop which is extremely convenient if you want a quick way to get to and from the hotel and avoid dragging your luggage all over town. The staff were also very friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast is great for the price. Breakfast is filled with fresh food and good variety of hot, cold, sweet and savory items. There is also a daily happy hour with little treats. The hotel can also help schedule a tour of Murano island for you.

This was our 1st time in Venice (2nd time for my spouse. The Staff was super friendly and helpful. The location was excellent, walkable to all the sites and sounds of Venice. Our room was spacious for our family of 4. The breakfast was a highlight, tasty and plentiful, always with a great cappuccino! The drive-up water taxi dock was so cool 😎, very nice touch. No walking with luggage involved at all. Amazing!

Mein Zimmer war im Erdgeschoss, aber zu einem Innenhof und insgesamt sehr ruhig, leider nur etwas kühl, weil die Heizungen abgestellt waren.
