This hotel is lovely! Everyone is friendly and helpful! A private taxi brings you directly to their door and will also take you directly to the pier if you are going on a cruise. Best part is they will arrange all this for you! Definitely a good place to stay!

All of the staff was very lovely to me and my family, and the location was great. AC was cold, the breakfast was fantastic, and the rooms were clean.
Staff were accommodating to our vegan diet. We got a complimentary boat taxi ride and excursion to go to the murano glass workshop in murano.
They can still improve to offer even more variety in breakfast choices.

Amazing location and friendly staff breakfast was really good and staff were exceptional bringing service in the mornings in particular to breakfast. Would highly recommend a stay at this hotel.
Well, I was not welcome and they refused to plan a new date. That was impossible. Even for next Year. All the tries where answered negative. One off the reason is that they hated booking. com. I called them also and the tell they don't make appointment by Phone or try to help to solve. I could only send a mail, which they use as trash. On that I did also not get support from booking. com
Everything did get wrong that week on 3 hotels. I vist me a lot of money. No service. And even if I could change, at least I have to pay double price. It is terrible how I have been treated. I did use booking a lot by years. But since this experience it is better to choose for other traject and company

This hotel is the best Venice has to offer if you want a modern, clean, and comfortable room that is staffed with friendly people. The breakfast is outstanding and the location is perfect. It’s just far enough off the main tourist places to give the quaint feeling you didn’t know you needed.
Yummy breakfasts and overall location, quite close to the city center.
The staff could be more welcoming and rooms more spacious (quite a limited space for a couple).
