Pros:

The bed was comfortable.

Cons:

They forgot my paid-for breakfast, had no wifi instructions, no room booklet, and no water besides tap. The desk staff was short-tempered and unwelcoming. No mention of on-site restaurant or if you needed reservations. I showed up tired and hungry and was not able to settle in until hours later because of the lack of information provided.

L’établissement était très bien placé les chambres propres . Il y avait aussi une super vue au restaurant pour petit déjeuner. 

Cons:

Notre chambre est située au-dessus d’une rue où il y avait sûrement un bar ou une boîte de nuit. Et du coup nous avons eu beaucoup de mal à nous endormir, à cause du bruit et réveillé plusieurs fois dans la nuit par des bruits de gens qui parlent qui hurle etc.  très mauvaise, isolation.

Such a lovely stay and great service, they really looked after us!
Pros:

Clean, great staff to deal with. Every time we ask for something they were very prompt to deliver to our room.

Cons:

There was nothing in their control not to like. I only scored it a 9 as fire alarm on the 31st of July meant wifi was out all afternoon and night and I had some work deadlines. However even then when evacuating my 3 year old niece was a little scared and upset from the alarms. Before she could have a full melt down we pretended it was a game. We were on the 9th floor. The staff behind us were so calm and helpful some even joined in counting stairs. Your staff across all your services from valet, front desk to restaurant and bar, they were amazing! Thank you for a lovely stay!

Well worth the cost, great location. Will come back.
Pros:

Modern, clean and excellent location. Great food and service. Close to major carparks.

Cons:

Traffic could be a little noisy at night…boy racers mainly.
