Mi experiencia en este hotel fue muy insatisfactoria y, sinceramente, no corresponde a un establecimiento que se promociona como de 5 estrellas ni al valor que pagué por la estadía.

Desde el momento de ingresar a la habitación, el baño presentaba un fuerte mal olor, lo que hizo la estancia bastante incómoda. Además, la habitación no contaba con elementos básicos que se esperan en un hotel de esta categoría, como un secador de cabello. La caja fuerte tampoco estaba instalada; tuve que solicitarla para que la llevaran posteriormente.

Por otro lado, el televisor prácticamente no ofrecía entretenimiento, ya que no funcionaban los canales y tampoco contaba con plataformas de streaming. Asimismo, la habitación carecía de suministros básicos para el agua y el hotel no ofreció ningún detalle de cortesía, algo que suele ser habitual en hoteles de esta categoría.

En general, considero que la relación entre el precio y la calidad del servicio es muy deficiente. Esperaba una experiencia acorde con un hotel de 5 estrellas, pero lamentablemente estuvo muy por debajo de mis expectativas. No recomendaría este hotel mientras no mejore sus instalaciones y el nivel de servicio que ofrece.

El hotel me proporcionó la información de la dueña del spa, María Milena D. Serrano, que estaba ubicado en sus instalaciones a pesar de tener conocimiento de servicios agendados que no tomaban lugar y un sin número de situaciones negativas. El mismo personal del hotel confirmó su conocimiento de esta situación cuándo les informé que al momento de presentarme a recibir un servicio por el cuál había pagado, la Sra. Milena no se había presentado, y no contestaba a mis llamadas. Se me informó que debido a lo que se había presentado con mi caso, se le había solicitado el local, lo cuál es completamente falso, ya que cuándo hablé con ellos, me dijeron que por situaciones como estás le habían pedido entregar el spa. Después de muchos intentos de obtener el reembolso por los servicios por los que pagué un adelanto del 50%, nadie responde. Más allá del dinero, es una cuestión de principios y honestidad. La razón por la cuál escogí sus instalaciones para festejar el cumpleaños de mi novio, fue el distintivo del servicio de Spa, y terminó siendo una situación estresante que ha tomado más tiempo del que considero prudente.
