Tra i templi di Kyoto
Pros:

Camera grande e bagno molto bello, con il wc separato e l’ampia sala doccia. Attenzione però al gradino! Bellissima posizione, vicino al Nishiki Market, ma soprattutto a tanti bei negozi chic.

Cons:

Nel complesso sono rimasta delusa, é stato senza dubbio il peggiore tra i 4 hotel in cui siamo stati a Honshu. Un po’ claustrofobico e scuro. Ma la cosa peggiore di tutte è stata la colazione, che viene servita nella caffetteria a fianco alla reception. All’ingresso é necessario scegliere tra 3 diverse opzioni di piatti principali (variano ogni giorno) più si ha una piccola insalata e una “bevuta” (caffè cappuccino o succo di frutta fresca). Poi al bancone sono disponibili caffè e tè e acqua tutti freddi, considerando il freddo dell’aria condizionata non il massimo della vita per cominciare bene la giornata. Non hanno gestito al meglio la mia intolleranza al glutine, il primo giorno non ho mangiato quasi nulla, il secondo un’insalata big size e solo il terzo sono arrivati i pancakes compatibili con le mie esigenze alimentari. Quindi non sono stati molto bravi a gestire questa richiesta con rapidità. Considerando il costo dell’hotel concludo che l’esperienza nel complesso non è stata granché, anzi direi deludente dato il punteggio molto alto su Booking. Lo consiglierei? Bah… se proprio devo sicuramente senza la colazione inclusa.

Great location but very stark interior & comfort level
Pros:

Location & staff were great.

Cons:

Housecleaning was problematic, I waited till 2.30 pm & gave up. The same thing happened the next day so I asked them if the could clean before 3.00pm. I had been out by 7.00am both days.

Very nice room, great location. Loved the robes and bathroom.
