For such a nice hotel, the stay was alright.
Pros:

It was in an amazing location and not just because it’s in San Diego. It’s incredibly close to the outdoor mall and tons of food. So much within walking distance.

Cons:

The moment I walked in, I felt judged by the staff. The friendliest people working there were the Hilton Honors workers, because they were trying to get us to pay for something and the valet driver. No one really smiled that worked at the counter. I didn’t even get much eye contact. I forgot that some of the staff working at breakfast were really friendly as well as the restaurant.

I took several pictures of the living room area, because the furniture looks like animals had scratched all the edges. For such a nice hotel, I was surprised they hadn’t replaced a single piece of living room furniture after it had been destroyed. The bedroom area was nice, and I didn’t see any damaged furniture.

The bed was as hard as a rock. A mattress topper would absolutely help. The pillows, although giving the illusion of fluffiness, completely deflated when my head hit them. The pillows wrapped around my head instead of supporting my neck.

Unless these issues were fixed, I wouldn’t recommend anyone stay here other than for the location.

Pros:

The property was beautiful! I loved the lobby area was beautiful! They had what looked like an indoor pond with a bunch of gorgeous coy fish! The room was spacious, The bed was comfortable, the restroom was tidy and clean, everything I needed was provided. Wish I got to try the breakfast but I didn’t sleep in… my fault…😅 but I did get to try the blueberry muffins and they paired really well with the coffee that was provided in my room. I also liked that I felt safe leaving my car in the parking structure. The staff was also really friendly! Would definitely stay here again!

Cons:

Nothing I loved everything.

Pros:

飯店離Westfield購物中心很近,飯店外靠步行就可以消磨掉一天。早餐有客製化蛋餅餡料挺實在,可以根據喜好調整不同口味,令人滿意。

Cons:

Cons:

The staff was decent but the policies at this property are very unreasonable. Absolutely no perks to someone who has a Diamond status with Hilton properties. This property is very old and dirty. Needs serious upgrade and renovation.

Tired, outdated and crowded
Pros:

We have stayed at other Embassy Suites and have had generally positive experiences, so we were expecting the same at the La Jolla location. Sadly, we didn’t have the best experience. First, our room was so dark. I prefer natural light but we didn’t get a lot of that. Second, our furniture was falling apart. Extensive peeling on the couch and ottoman , to the point where some of parts that peeled off were scattered on the carpet. Also, housekeeping came and all they did was make the bed and take our towels. They didn’t even replace our towels or coffee, so we had to hunt down the housekeeping cart to replenish our supplies. While free breakfast and drinks/snacks at 5pm seems like an amazing perk, the lines were so long that waiting wasn’t worth it. We won’t be back.
