Lovely hotel lovely staff and a great onsen on the roof.
Pros:

The onsen on the roof was fabulous especially at night to see all the city lights. the breakfast was nice to have both the choice of a traditional breakfast as well as the cereal station.

Cons:

The rooms are small so if you have big suitases it is a bit of a squeeze

Pros:

Nous avons apprécié notre séjour, le personnel était serviable et poli.
La chambre était un peu petite, nous avions une très jolie vue de notre chambre, dommage que les vitres n'étaient pas très propres, ça gâchait un peu la beauté de la vue.
Le onsen était agréable.

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner était bon, mais trop typique pour des Occidentaux, et mis à part yaourt et cornflakes, pas de pain si jamais nous voulions autre chose. Je trouve ça dommage.
La propreté des vitres qui gâche une si belle vue.
Un peu trop loin des commodités.

Pros:

The aesthetics were beautiful and the restaurant was fabulous

Cons:

There wasn’t a public area to hang out in so we spent our down-time in the afternoons in our very small room. I would have liked to be able to wear swim wear in the onsen.

Pros:

The place was an oasis in the middle of a bustling city. Close enough to step into shinjuku and experience tokyo for what it has to offer, but the ambiance immediately slows you down from the hectic city atmosphere. The staff all spoke English one way or another and its truly a getaway for anyone wanting some downtime

A gem in the quiet part of Shinjuku. Super convenient location and serene neighborhood.
Pros:

A brilliant design of the onsen on the top floor overlooking the city skyline. Very relaxing vibe. Clean and quiet even though it was fully occupied. Will definitely go back. A few nice vinyl bars and convenient store nearby. Taxis can stop right outside the hotel. Great neighborhood

Cons:

The basin in the room was too open. Would be nice to add some kind of a divider

Wir sind zum zweiten Mal hier und würden immer wieder dieses Hotel buchen. Außerordentliches Frühstück !!
Pros:

Sehr schönes Hotel und nettes Personal. Auf Wünsche wird bestmöglich eingegangen. Besonders schön ist das Onsen auf dem Dach. Zusätzlich gab es abends beim Onsen Aufenthalt, ein kleines Event mit Matcha und Eis. Die Zimmer sind klein aber sehr stilvoll und praktisch eingerichtet. Es gibt Waschmaschinen, Trockner und wasserspender auf mehreren Etagen.

Nice stay in Shinjuku. Would recommend this Ryokan.
Pros:

The property was very welcoming as you enter the lobby. The staff went out of their way to greet you and make certain you had all the help and information you needed. Loved the location. Walking distance to restaurants, park and 10-15 minute walk to train station.
