Eine tolle Nacht im Ryokan. Eine zweite Nacht wäre noch besser gewesen. Die Lage ist super und das Dyokan sehr ruhig.
Pros:

Sehr saubere und minimalistisch gehaltene Zimmer. Eine tolle Erfahrung. Das onsen am Dach ist traumhaft.

Good location, small rooms, not as luxurious as expected
Pros:

The entrance area is very nice, the Onsen is nice and relaxing. Great opening hours and a comfortable lounge with a stunning city view. Plus free ice cream! Check in and out were smooth and easy. Good location to explore Shinjuku, not too busy but just a few streets away from restaurants and bars. Fresh Yukata and socks were provided every day. Washing machine and dryer were available and worked well.

Cons:

The entrance area as well as the hallway and the pictures online suggested a very high-end hotel. The rooms however were a bit disappointing. Clean but very small and not particularly comfortable or luxurious. The reception was open 24/7 but there wasn’t always someone behind the reception desk to greet us. For the Onsen, you had to bring your own shower towel from the room and take it back to the room after. Not enough hooks for towels.

A perfect stay for a first time visit to Tokyo.
Pros:

The staff were incredibly welcoming and helped with any questions you asked, making sure you had everything you needed.

Cons:

The room was slightly smaller than expected and the Aircon sometimes didn't turn on.
