The perfect start to our honeymoon!
Pros:

Excellent service, very helpful staff. Clean and excellent rooms.

We had a double bed futon, bathtub, traditional table.

Cons:

We would have appreciated a breakfast option, or a suggestion for where to get breakfast.

The location in a more quiet part of Shinjuku is great, near 7/11 or nice restaurants. Great expirience for the evening onsen with amazing view of the city from the 28th floor.

Fabulous property with beautiful onsen.
Pros:

Fabulous property - super clean, modern but with a distinctly Japanese feel. The onsen was amazing and the staff super kind and helpful. Rooms are not large which is typical of Tokyo but have everything you need.

Nice clean hotel and with a morning cafe, would be great
Pros:

This hotel was run by a very charming team. It was situated in a very lively neighbourhood but was sufficiently tucked away to be quiet. Nice spa.

Cons:

Lacked breakfast facilities and the room was a tad small. The duvet was far too small.

An oasis in the middle of a busy city. Great location with easy access to train stations and a 7 Eleven across the road

Solid Onsen in the Middle of the City
Pros:

Staff welcomed us very warmly. Room was bigger than we expected, with a shower, toilet, desk area, and of course the bed. We also got a discount for "construction" but we never heard any construction, so huge bonus there. The whole building seems new, so everything is fresh and modern.

Cons:

It's a bit far from Shinjuku station (15 minutes on foot), but the price was right and there are other stations closer.

Relaxing and inviting, peaceful in the city.
Pros:

Wonderful stay, highly recommend. The hotel was beautifully kept, very relaxing and inviting. Staff were so kind and lovely. Bed was very comfortable. Onsen was amazing and the view from the room and Onsen was so cool.

Cons:

Hard to find a space for my suitcase due to size of room. Wasn’t the end of the world.
