Pas de gardien pour porter nos valises à l’arrivée. Obliger de payer en cash, le distributeur le plus proche prend 5€/ opération. J’ai du demandé 2x à ce que le ménage soit fait. L’hôtel ne semble pas fini tout est sale… la piscine n’a pas été nettoyé en 5j l’eau a fini par tournée la piscine a dû être fermée 2j sans compensation ni excuse. Une honte d’être référencer sur booking

Место положение до моря 7мин пешком ,магазины, кафе в шаговой доступности

Cons:

Сонный персонал,сломанный сейф и шкаф пару раз просили починить,так и ни кто не починил;сейф заменили после многочисленных просьб заменили через пару дней. Грязный бассейн зацвевщий с зелёной водой. Не было холодной воды три дня

Cons:

Purchased a room with a bath, paid extra, but the bath wasn't available and room wasn't changed/ partial refund
Water stopped working during my stay - delaying laundry and couldn't shower. I was only informed of this when I went down to ask.
Water pressure and heat of the shower was problematic throughout stay, not just when there were issues with the water, on 10th floor

Cons:

I had a very disappointing stay. The noise level is unbearable 24/7. There is absolutely no respect for guests' privacy or comfort. The cleaning staff is extremely loud, especially at 7:00 AM, shouting and making noise in the corridors as if they are in a marketplace. It is impossible to get any sleep or rest here. I definitely do not recommend this place to anyone looking for a quiet stay.
