Sehr gute Lage, aber ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen
Pros:

Das Frühstück war sehr gut und wir hatten eine große Auswahl. Die Lage des Hotels in der Innenstadt von Matrei am Brenner ist ebenfalls sehr gut, wenn man, wie wir, auf der Durchreise nach Italien ist. Auch sind ein kleiner Supermarkt und eine Tankstelle gleich in der Nähe. Außerdem hat uns gefallen, dass alles im Hotel, inklusive unseres Zimmers, sauber waren und man am Hotel parken konnte.

Cons:

Wir waren in einem Vierbettzimmer untergebracht, das in die Jahre gekommen und abgenutzt wirkte. Die Betten waren unbequem, das Zimmer sehr kalt. Der Empfang war wenig freundlich, und uns wurde mitgeteilt, dass wir eigentlich zu wenig für das Zimmer gezahlt haben, weil wir einen Onlinepreis gebucht haben, der sonst nicht angeboten wird.

Excellent choice along the Brenner Pass
Pros:

The property was spotless and a real treat. The location was perfect right in the center.
We are traveling on bicycles and they had a bicycle garage setup. The restaurant was was very good along with the breakfast buffet.

Hotel Krone ist ein uriges Hotel mit modernen Zimmern und mit Parkplatz am Haus. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, die Zimmer sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet, tolles Früstück. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Prima sfeervol hotel op doorreis van en naar Italië.
Pros:

Heel mooi historisch pand met ruime comfortabele kamer. Restaurant in hotel en tuin voor drinken en eten. Prima ontbijt. Elektrisch laden op eigen parking achter hotel.

Cons:

Het hotel ligt op een drukke plek. Dooorgaande dorpsstraat voor en drukke spoorlijn achter. Geen stille nacht.
