We liked it enough to return at the end of a trip
Pros:

Excellent facility, good breakfast and breakfast area, nice pool, adequate fitness center, pleasant staff, plenty of parking and a quiet room with nice furnishing and bathroom shower. We didn't need to stay in downtown Golden, so the location 15 minutes drive away was not an inconvenience. We actually chose to return to this hotel at the end of our trip for these reasons.

Cons:

Note that it isn't in or directly adjacent to downtown Golden. It wasn't difficult to drive into Golden, but that should be your expectation.

Super comfortable beds! Very close to every place you want to go in the Denver area. Morning breakfast was convenient.

Very enjoyable and restful, will definitely stay here the next time we’re in Denver/Golden.
Pros:

This is our second stay at the SpringHill Suites by Marriott Denver West/Golden. My wife and I really enjoy the rooms. The bed is very comfortable, and the bathroom is very well laid out. The staff is very pleasant and informative.

Cons:

The only thing I didn’t like about our stay was the “in-room” coffee. It’s not very good; luckily for us, the coffee in the breakfast dining room is very good!
