Top Lage, aber nicht keine Empfehlung. .
Pros:

Die Lage ist sehr schön. Auch das Haus ist sehr schön ausgestattet.

Cons:

Die Zimmer mache teilweise einen vernachlässigten Eindruck. Der defekte Föhn wird nicht ausgetauscht sondern ein zusätzlicher Föhn wird zu Verfügung gestellt. Der Kühlschrank wurde als defekt deklariert, obwohl er funktionierte. Das Frühstück, abgesehen vom Kuchenbuffet, sehr einseitig. Harte Brötchen, immer der gleiche Aufschnitt, dann war die Butter alle oder die gekochten Eier.
Das Abendessen sehr übersichtlich.
80.-€ für eine StundeSauna ist auch alles andere als angemesse.

Abbiamo alloggiato per una settimana in questo bellissimo hotel.
Staff accogliente al nostro arrivo, cucina buonissima e pulizie impeccabili!
Non conoscendo bene la zona siamo stati fortunati ad aver ricevuto tantissime informazioni su come spostarci e dove poter fare escursioni!
L'hotel si trova in una posizione comoda per poter raggiungere il paese più vicino e i diversi punti di partenza delle passeggiate.
Esperienza in generale molto piacevole, con un panorama mozzafiato a svegliarci ogni mattina!

We unfortunately had to cut our hiking trip short because my husband became seriously ill with food poisoning. We had been crossing the Alps on foot, staying at different hotels along the way, so we obviously did not have access to our car.

We arrived around 12:00 and asked if it would be possible to check in a little earlier so my husband could simply lie down and rest. Unfortunately, we were told that check-in was strictly at 14:00, with no flexibility or understanding of the situation.

We also asked if they could prepare some plain rice for dinner, as he was sick and could not eat anything else, they wanted to charge €10 for a portion of plain rice. Under normal circumstances, we would of course understand paying for food, but given the circumstances, a little more compassion would have been appreciated.

Because we were travelling on foot and were both unwell, we could not simply walk or drive to a supermarket or restaurant to get something suitable for him, nor could we easily get ourselves to a doctor.

The property itself is beautiful and the restaurant is good. However, based on our experience, I would recommend this hotel mainly to guests travelling by car. If you are hiking or travelling without a car and something unexpected happens, don’t expect much flexibility or personal support from the staff.

החדרים נחמדים (בחרנו את החדרים גדולים), המקום יחסית מבודד ושקט
ארוחת הערב עם מנות טעימות, אבל קטנות מאוד.

Cons:

מקלחות יחסית ישנות
ארוחת הבוקר ברמה מאוד נמוכה, אין אפילו ירק אחד.
אין שום דבר במלון לעשות. מצד אחד מצוין שיש ספא, מצד שני נדרש 80 יורו לשעה כדי לעשות שימוש בו, מאוד מוגזם.
בשורה תחתונה, לא היה שווה את המחיר.

Ottima posizione a metà strada tra le Dolomiti bellunesi e le Pale di San Martino.
Stanza pulitissima, staff gentilissimo, ottima cucina!!
Un punto a favore mai riscontrato finora in altre strutture: la colazione, se richiesta, è disponibile prima dell'orario usuale, fondamentale per gli escursionisti mattinieri come noi!!!!!
Stra consigliato!!!!
