Please note that in order to arrive to La Blanca Hotel's front desk, guests must climb approximately 20 steps. The hotel will aid guests in carrying guests' suitcases up the stairs.

Un lugar muy místico y muy bien ubicado

Um hotel espetacular! É uma linda mansão do início do século XX, com todo charme e elegância que Vina del Mar merece. Os funcionários são prestativos e se põem a ajudar, eu só tenho a agradecer e recomendar!
Apenas dois pontos, mas de repente seja importante só pra quem tem problemas de acessibilidade. Como é um casarão antigo em uma região acidentada, há alguns degraus a serem enfrentados, mas nada que desabone todos os pontos positivos.

El servicio al cliente fue excelente. Todo el personal fue muy amable, atento y siempre dispuesto a ayudar. La casa está muy bien decorada y tiene un ambiente acogedor con mucho encanto.
El desayuno no ofrecía una gran variedad de opciones, pero preparaban un desayuno personalizado para cada huésped. Elegimos huevos y la porción fue generosa. También nos sirvieron leche caliente y prepararon panqueques. Aunque no era un desayuno abundante ni muy variado, fue suficiente. Además, el comedor era muy cálido y acogedor.
La habitación y el baño estaban bien, especialmente considerando que se trata de una casa antigua que ha sido remodelada y adaptada para funcionar como hotel.
El principal aspecto a mejorar son las camas, ya que nos resultaron bastante incómodas. Además, sería positivo ofrecer una mayor variedad de productos en el desayuno y mejorar la calidad del jugo.
Principalmente, me sorprendió la limpieza de los espacios, incluso de aquellos que se encontraban en el exterior. También me encantó que nos hicieran un recorrido por las instalaciones, contándonos parte de su historia.
Quedamos muy felices.
