Limpieza y mantención del lugar y siempre la amabilidad del personal. Es mi segunda vez y el personal es muy atento. El recorrido que ofrece el personal a la llegada, qué viene con una carga histórica muy interesante.

Lo limpio de todo el hotel
me encanto las instalaciones, tiene una terraza hermosa, la gente muy atenta, el lugar tiene todo cerca caminable, supermeado cerca, fuimos caminando a la playa, son hermosas las habitaciones. iremos mas seguido.
Me gustó la ubicación ya que está en el centro de todo de igual manera la comida es exelente por el joven que la prepara , me encantó la experiencia del lugar muy limpio , también realizan un recorrido por la historia de la casona , me encantó completamente , recepción está 24 hrs uno puede salir y entrar a la hora que desee asta de noche, de igual manera las habitaciones están bien instaladas y muy hermosas de igual manera uno pagando una pieza completa tiene a tener frigobar , TV, calefacción , mesa , de regalo tienes en tu estadía shampoo , acondicionador, jabón , gorrito de baño
El desayuno estuvo muy tranquilo y acogedor, la habitación muy limpia, cómoda, linda y ordenada… Nos tocó la habitación Guillermo y es perfecta para una parejas sin hijos (el baño es espacioso y muy lindo) diria que por pocos días estaría recomendable la estadía, ya que al no haber cocina en la pieza se hace poco económico el alimentarse para gente humilde jajaja. El servicio de comidas esta genial, el lugar en general y ambiente son muy agradables y bellos. Tiene linda vista la terraza, y muy nocturna. Cómo debes entregar temprano la habitación te dan permiso de dejar tu equipaje en recepción y recogerlo más tarde además de usar el baño de cortesía a disposición, lo cual es muy cómodo. ;)
La hora a la que te entregan las habitaciones es a las 3, lo cual está bien, pero la hora a la que debes entregar la habitación es a las 12 y lo cual es bastante temprano:(, también no había confort ni shampoo y bálsamo, diría que en mi experiencia fue lo único malo

El alojamiento tenía todas las comodidades descritas en el anuncio, como secador de pelo, toallas, jabón, shampoo y acondicionador, y ropa de capa extra. Por cierto, la terraza es hermosa.
La toallas tenían un olor a humedad, pero lo demás estaba excelente.
Desayuno RICO, la ubicación PERFECTA muy cerca de todo en Viña y el baño AGRADABLE
