The location is very nice, overlooking the river. the room is very clean and very comfortable, I loved that we could order the pillows we wanted from the pillow menu ( I have back issues and pillows can be a huge problem when travelling).Staff were lovely and friendly, the breakfast is tasty and the location of it (rooftop bar) is perfect. Mini bar soft drinks were free, and there were pastries , coffee and water available in the lobby all day. This mays sound like a small thing but on this trip we stayed in four hotels and Kivir was the only one offering free drinks, and at these high temperatures it is great to be able to always have cold water refill.
Our room looked at the back on the very unappealing street (saying that - we did not book room with a view, I am not even sure that it was possible to specify) but we were very disappointed to miss out on the glorious river views.
The swimming pool is really crammed in the corner of the terrace, really only good for a quick dip, not hanging around.
Slippers would be nice in the room, always are. But as I said we had a really good stay and these are small niggly bits.

Von unseren fünf Hotel bei unserer Andalusien-Rundreise war das Hotel Kivir das Beste. Die Lage mit Blick auf den Fluß und fußläufig zu den wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten von Sevilla ist für einen Städtetrip ideal geeignet. In 50 m Entfernung befindet sich eine öffentliche Tiefgarage, so daß man auch seinen Mietwagen problemlos unterbringt. Man kann den Stellplatz vorab online reservieren. Das Frühstück war Spitzenklasse. Obwohl vor dem Hotel eine Hauptstraße verläuft und diverse Bars für Lärm sorgen, war es im Zimmer ruhig, man konnte gut schlafen. Die Rooftop-Bar ist sehr stimmungsvoll und hat gute Getränke.
Das ist dann schon Jammern auf hohem Niveau! Ein Bidet im Bad wäre noch schön. Wenn es in der Bar auch noch Draft-Bier geben würde, wäre alles perfekt.
Natürlich muss man auch bedenken, dass die Zimmerpreise im Kivir schon "gehoben" sind.

Hotel staff were all friendly and helpful and made us feel very welcome. The room was excellent with a balcony looking over the river. It was very hot outside but the room was lovely and cool and very comfortable. Breakfast in the roof top bar was a great way to start the day. We were able to walk easily to all attractions. We had a great break in Seville and the hotel was ideal.
