Categories

Cleanliness
9.2
Rooms and villas repeatedly praised for cleanliness and responsive housekeeping; one review specifically reported insects in the breakfast buffet, slightly lowering overall cleanliness score.
Service
9.8
Consistently excellent service noted across reviews: friendly, helpful staff, fast responses, named staff praised (Khoulah, Essam); golf-cart transport and quick pool/housekeeping requests highlighted.
Location
8.6
Location praised for tranquility and beautiful grounds but several guests note the area is remote with not much to do nearby, reducing the location score.
Room Quality
9.5
Villas and rooms described as spacious, comfortable and luxurious; guests mention villa upgrades and private pools, supporting a high room-quality rating.
Amenities
9.6
Wide range of well-liked amenities: indoor/outdoor pools, spa, gym, paddle, restaurants, private pool villas and fast internal transport; spa and gym specifically praised by multiple guests.
Value for Money
8.6
Mixed feedback: many guests enjoyed the experience but several explicitly said villa prices or single-night rates feel high, so value is rated below other categories.
Food and Beverage
8
Food receives mixed comments: breakfast often delivered and diverse but some guests requested more options; a serious negative report about buffet hygiene (insects) lowers this score.
Overall Experience
9.5
Overall highly positive guest experience: multiple repeat-stay intent, praise for luxury, comfort and service; isolated issues (food hygiene, kids club, spa staff) do not overshadow the generally excellent stay.

Peaceful and relaxing stay in a beautiful property with excellent staff.
Pros:

The property is calm and quiet, the staff is amazing, pool stays open late, rooms are a great size. The spa is wonderful. The quiet walking path.

Cons:

Room service isn’t the best food. We’d prefer breakfast to run til 11. We were unhappy with our room view.
