We liked the free breakfast, free Wifi, nice view over looking the freeway and streets outside below.
Everytime when walking into the room 603 the first thing you notice is a foul odor. We did not like the noise of the condstant freeway traffic at night when going to sleep. It was noisy. Had to use noise cancelling headphones just to mute the sound of the traffic which made it uncomfortable to get a good nights sleep. There was some mold on the tile wall of the tub. And the metal housing that covers the hardware of the safety bar slips of if not careful getting in and out of the tub. Also, other hotel guests slamming doors going in/or out of there room. The breakfast was the same thing over and over and over and over again. The same thing every morning.

The Hotel staff was terrible. They lock the basic customer service skills that are needed in a hotel like this and this property.
The front desk staff do not know how to deliver customer service or speak, respectively to customers. They have no ability to critical think or to make guest comfortable. They communicate false statements and do not know how to treat guests that are frequent stay members.

O quarto é confortável e silencioso. É possível fazer a pé todas as atrações da old city. Café da manhã típico americano com ovos, panquecas, pães, iorgute etc!
O tempo de devolução do caução! Fiz o checkout ha 4 dias e ate agora não recebi a devolução do valor de 150 dólares!
Se encuentra en un lugar muy bien ubicado (para ir caminando al centro histórico) y tiene buen desayuno
