The staff and facilities were very nice and professional.

Cons:

On my second night, a large group of people were roomed directly above my room. They were up and down the stairs and stomping around from 1am until almost 3am. Why would you place such a large group above someone at such late hours?
They were dragging coolers and luggage up and down half the night.

Definitely will return
Pros:

The hotel was perfect for us visiting family nearby. Great location, very clean room with nice bathroom and with helpful staff. Definitely high on the list for when we return.

Cons:

Breakfast was adequate but with minimal choices. No other negatives as we will definitely make use of this hotel when we return. The trash trucks were quite noisy in the morning but I'd expect that to only once per week.

A great place to stop and get a good night's sleep before traveling to Baltimore to go on a cruise.
Pros:

We say here each time we travel to Baltimore for a cruise. Always comfortable and convenient for the cruise port. Many food options nearby. Price is always reasonable. Free breakfast is a real plus.

Cons:

Nothing. Never had an issue.

It was ok but probably will not go back.
Pros:

There was a basketball team that was there as soon as we checked in and the woman at the front desk allowed them to meet right in the lobby. in stead of putting them in a separate room. They were very loud and we could barely walk to the front desk. I could not even hear the attendant at the front desk try and check me in. It was loud and disrespectful to other guests. They should have been placed in a separate area.

Cons:

The atmosphere of the hotel was not inviting from the moment we walked in due to a large group meeting right in the front. They never should have been allowed to sit right in the front area. The breakfast was ok but nothing great. The staff was ok there was just nothing exceptional about the experience.

Very upsetting & unacceptable for a professional business in the hospitality field.
Pros:

I am writing a more lengthy review to explain the totally belligerent and rude behavior of the staff at this hotel. Their treatment of me as a customer was unexpected and unprofessional. The breakfast person on duty was a disgrace to the concept of customer service. I have never been treated so disrespectfully and I have stayed at many hotels over the years for business & personal travel alone and with my family. This needs to be addressed. I welcome any follow up inquiry to explain this more fully. Dr. Vernon
