Never expected this from a very reputable Hotel like Sheraton and would never go back after all these experiences.
Pros:

Located close to all the main attractions in the city.

Cons:

The front reception staff especially the guy with the glasses was very unpleasant, unhappy and unfriendly. Had issues with the Air Conditioner in the first room he provided us, there was only one staff available at the reception during the busy hours of evening and had to wait for about 35 minutes in front of the reception to just to ask him to change our room because the AC was making very loud noise, and upon asking he wasn’t surprised at all, he knew that there was something wrong with the AC and still gave us that room. Next day the air conditioner in the new room provided wasn’t working for several hours and the room got really warm, had called the reception to get it checked and it took several hours to get the HVAC fixed.

Cons:

Limited staff in the restaurant. Only 1 person working as waiter and cashier leading to wait time for service. Also the automated parking access not is convenient to use.

high risk, no reward

It was clean and close to the airport

Cons:

when we checked in our keys didnt work, we had to have maintenance let us in after being given like 6 new key cards between when we checked in at 11:30pm-6pm the next day. the ac was out, one tall maintenance guy really tried to fix things for us but it still didnt work, it was 82 in our room all night the first night. other staff seemed inconvenienced by it all like it was our fault we had to have someone open our door for us. finally by the second day i asked if we could have a new room (which i wish THEY would have initiated to make things right but whatever) we got a new room, everything was fine. it was a terrible hassle & some staff seemed irritated by us coming down complaining that we cant get into the room WE paid money for without standing around in the hallway for 5-10 mins til maintenance showed up. we got into a queen room which im sure was cheaper than what we paid for but we were never offered any compensation for all of this. take your money elsewhere, ive never had these issues at any other hotel before. i opted out of airbnb for a more "luxury" experience at a hotel, major flop
