When arriving to the room was looking forward to make a coffee, and for my husband and myself, and there’s only one cup for the coffee, they may replace the trash bag and the trashcan that was in the room Also housekeeping, never checked and see if we needed any housekeeping the following day.
Die Lage des Hotels, die Erreichbarkeit und der Transfer waren sehr gut. Der Transfer hat gut funktioniert.
Der Service lässt zu wünschen übrig. Beim Check in fand msn zunächst nicht meine Buchung. Der Setvice beim Frühstück war gräuslich. Das Frühstück nicht den Preis wert.

We didn’t like that the ironing board and iron were out and one of the complementary bottles of water was open when we first entered the room.
We also did not like having to submit an online claim for a forgotten item and didn’t get a call back from the front desk when we asked housekeeping to check if they had the item.

Hotel ma problemy z obsługą, jest ona nieliczna i nie radzi sobie z obsługą! Ale jeżeli jest się uporczywie zawziętym to wszystko będzie działało. Ratowały wszystko miłe dziewczyny z recepcji!!! Pomijam panów !!!!!
Nicely appointed room with a stand-up desk/table. We really appreciated that two water bottles were waiting for us. Also appreciated the refrigerator. The shuttle is very convenient for taking us to the airport. It was also great to be picked up the night before our early morning flight from the car rental area at the airport.
The room thermostat didn't work properly even after engineering came. They said the only option was to switch rooms if it didn't heat up. It was a bit too late, so the temporary fix was enough, but the thermostat was set to 74 and only reached 69. The side table outside the bed in room 319 was tilted, and all my stuff just slid off. I tried to prop it up with folded paper. Needs repair.
We couldn’t get into the room. Had to wait for the janitor. He put a key in to open the room. The key got stuck. He went eventually went to get the manager and eventually we were given a new room. Walked in and the lights didn’t work. Had to get the janitor again to fix the lights. Took three hours from ck in to finally getting a working room. You would think they might discount our night but no. The hotel itself is very used. Will never go back. Plenty of other hotels there with shuttles to airport.

Nous avons réservé avec booking.com et à cause de cela nous à dir le personnel de réception, nous avons été déplacés dans un autre bâtiment. Nous avons dû remettre tous les bagages dans la voiture et rouler 5 minutes. J’ai payé pour « le petit déjeuné inclus » mais aucun petit déjeuné dans cette dépendance de l’hôtel. A part dire « sorry » aucune compensation n’a été exprimé. Très décevant pour un Sheraton! .
How close it was to where I needed to be
They need a little upgrade specially the lighting in the rooms and the bedrooms.
And during our 5 days stay I’ve noticed the bathroom ceiling started to create mold. Other than that hotel is okay

First room was hot and a ladder was in the bathtub under an open access panel. Second room was supposed to have AC and didn’t, and staff was unhelpful about the problem. Room was not we’ll vacuumed. No shower cap provided. Poor quality hair dryer. Lumpy pillows.
I enjoyed my stay very much! The staff were so welcoming & very respectful. I do have a small complaint about breakfast. My hash browns were completely soaked in grease & I couldnt eat it. There was also this poor lady limping & trying to keep up with everyone in the dining room. She seem to be in pain? Im not sure but she was also working ALONE. I didnt like that. I felt so guilty being in the dining area just watching her that morning. So please...please applaud her for her work ethic. I love that she was trying and giving her best that morning. She definitely deserves a hand for all that she did that morning. It was the morning of Oct 12th. We stayed in room 513.
Other then that we had a GREAT and WONDERFUL STAY. ! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
Breakfast worker on Oct 12th on morning shift was working alone. She seem to have a hard time & I wished she had help.
