asked for a room on the upper floor with a view of Melrose(views of the city sold in the brochure), only to be given a room overlooking an apartment that has an individual who wakes up everyday and seats on the balcony and smokes, therefore couldnt even appreciate the balcony.
The place has a construction that goes on all morning until 5pm. Scheduling noise pollutions and advisory would assist as some of us actually work and attend online meetings

Won’t be going to this capital hotel. They must go learn from Cape Town, Sandton and Zimbali.
Pros:

The hotel was fabulous and great. No problem at all.

Cons:

The breakfast was HORRID! The food was old and stale, waiters ignored me as I got there and set no table outside. I can live with that. But I can’t live with the food quality - the cold meats were GREY! The flapjacks and banana bread was like card board. Ask them to check, they never replaced it. I left after 3 crackers with cheese 🤢🤢🤢🤢
