Exceeded expectations.
Pros:

Breakfast offered less variety than some of the larger hotels, but what was on offer was prepared and no ques at the egg station. Where most hotels have replaced their barista for super-automatic or bean-to-cup machine they still serve traditional barista made coffee, which is massive plus. Beds were extremly comfortable. Very high staff to guest ratio, with all the staff being super friendly, attentive and genuine. Staff was well presented and the experience was consistent. Loved that I got a call to my room the 1st night to check if everything was too my liking.

Cons:

I would recommend an updated gym with fewer selectorised equipment. This could be replaced with a functional trainer (a company dual adjustable pulley) and would free up space around the free weights as some areas are a bit 'tight' for walking by when in use and guests are on top of each other or in each others way when training.

Excellent location and lovely staff!

Cons:

The noise of the building next to property was not nice, I would have thought the staff would move us to a better room :(
They were busy at our window :(
