1st time and so happy
Pros:

Very easy checkin.no cash thou all credit card which was fine. Quite Ice machine right out side. Bathroom nice very dim lighting. AC worked great. Easy elevators. Everything was behind gate which was great. The area little shady but felt very safe. Easy for uber access. Overall liked it would stay again for concert.

Cons:

Nothing. Every easy and comfortable. Very happy 😊

Beyond expectations
Pros:

The hotel was clean and modern, the staff was great. The food in the small restaurant downstairs was fantastic!

堕ちたな・・残念

オンラインチェックイン・アウトは楽でよかった。スタッフもフレンドリーに対応してくれる。

スタンダードクイーンに今回も宿泊しました。昨年は高評価をつけさせていただきました。
今回は・・昨年のまさに隣の部屋だったが、薄暗くてあまり綺麗な部屋ではなかった。特にタイルが全然違った。昨年は綺麗で地べたで歩けたが、今回はスリッパを使った。昨年はウォークインクローゼットもあったが、今回はそれもなく、代わりに剥き出しの洋服掛けが少しあったのみ。

Disappointing. Room was not worth the price
Pros:

The exterior was beautiful the pool area looked nice, the staff at front desk was pleasant . The parking was gated, felt fairly secure.

Cons:

We needed a fridge in our room, but the one in our room was broken. They said they could not swap it with one from another room, and no one would be able to check it out until the next morning. We were checking out at 6:30am so that didn’t help us refrigerate medicine. They offered the lobby staff refrigerator but we didn’t feel comfortable with that. we paid for a fridge in our room and should have had one that worked.
The ice maker on our floor was broken.
The toilet paper holder was broken.
The pillows/beds were very stiff.
There was a strange smell in our room (perhaps from the broken fridge).
The parking rate was very high (much higher than stated on Booking.com)
The lighting in the room was bad.
The door to the bathroom and some walls in the room were damaged.

It was close to my daughter's appointment. Staff was nice.

Cons:

The room was falling apart in some places. AC wasn't working. Shower head was a disaster. $50 parking fee with a write off that they weren't responsible for the vehicle. Used toilet paper in bathroom.

Kicsi szobák, a külső zaj nagyon behallatszik, de a medence rész kellemes.
Pros:

Tetszett, hogy volt medence, és közel volt a metró megállóhoz.

Cons:

Ottlétünkkor végig építkeztek mellettünk, reggel 5 után nem lehetett aludni a hatalmas zajtól. Az utca esténként egyébként is hangosabb, gyakran dohányoztak az ablakunk alatt.

Wouldn't stay there again. Pictures on site not really as hotel is.

The pool area was nice.

Cons:

Bathroom was nasty. Not in the best part of LA. Should have done my research before booking. And if you need to open a bottle. Bottle opener is in the bathroom on the wall.

Perfect location for exploring.
Pros:

Location of hotel is perfect to explore Hollywood Boulevard area and Griffith Observatory. It was a 5 min walk to metro station at Santa Monica Blvd and more bus route options. There was a bus stop right outside the hotel that did a loop route taking in Hollywood and towards restaurants and shops along Sunset. It was so easy to use public transport that we even took the metro back to Union Station when we left LA.
The pool area was nice and good pool temperature.
Staff on reception were friendly and helpful.

Cons:

We got bitten a lot around the pool area until we bought some insect repellent. The room was clean but was a bit tired and in need of refurbishing.

Pros:

La struttura, anche se un po' datata risultava accogliente.

Cons:

Servizio di pulizia, il primo giorno se non sollecitati non avrebbero rifatto la stanza.
Stanze molto rumorose a causa dei motori dei condizionatori.
Avendo preso due stanze mi aspettavo le fornissero attigue ed invece avevamo una stanza che condivideva il terrazzino con altri.
