Great! Would stay again.
Pros:

The king suite was great! Pil on reception is SO lovely and helpful - super diligent, knowledgeable and friendly.

Cons:

Had a leak in our room and had to move to another room that also had a leak. The showers aren’t great in the king rooms if you want to avoid getting your hair wet.

Good hotel poor front desk staff
Pros:

Overall, the hotel was clean, well-maintained, and in a great location. However, there were several issues that made our stay disappointing.

First, the daily parking fee was extremely expensive and seemed excessive considering the price we were already paying for our rooms.

When we arrived, the shower in our room wasn’t working, and we couldn’t figure out how to turn it on. On 6/25, I called the front desk for assistance. The employee who answered was very rude. His response was, “We get that all the time. Just pull it hard,” and then he immediately hung up on me. That level of customer service was completely unacceptable.

Later during our stay, I placed the “Do Not Disturb” sign on our door overnight but removed it at 8:00 a.m. before we left for the day. Despite removing the sign well before checkout time (11:00 a.m.), housekeeping skipped our room entirely.

I called the front desk again to ask if someone could at least empty the trash and bring us clean towels. Once again, I was met with the same rude attitude. I was told they didn’t have anyone available, and the employee hung up on me again.

I paid approximately $1,600 for four days and two rooms, and I certainly didn’t expect to be treated so disrespectfully. In the end, I had to go to the front desk myself to get clean towels. As I was leaving, the employee rudely said, “They were going to take them to you.”

The hotel itself was nice, but the poor customer service completely overshadowed the experience. Being spoken to rudely and having the phone hung up on me multiple times is unacceptable, especially considering how much we paid for our stay

Safe and close to attractions
Pros:

I felt safe, parking was very safe. I was skeptical when I saw it, but I would stay here again. It definitely is older and looks as if it is getting renovated. We had good service.

The pool area is beautiful and secluded due to the high trees. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms very spacious and clean.

Cons:

Location. I wish I’d done my homework so that’s on me. The hotel is in a very poor area and unless you’re willing to spend money on Ubers, food options are very limited. I didn’t feel safe going out after dark. The Metro is very close however, if you feel safe using it.

GREAT place to stay with family!
Pros:

We just got back from our trip to Los Angeles and I cannot recommend the Hollywood Hotel enough. The staff team was kind and welcoming, the staff in the cafe was great.
We had 4 of us, 2 adults, 2 kids, with plenty of sleep space.
The bathroom was very clean and I loved the shower.
The pool was FANTASTIC, we spent most time there. Helps to have a bathroom so you don't have to leave.
Being on the first floor was super convenient. It got loud every now and then, but it was quite quiet. The bar was closed for renovation, so it helped with the beautiful courtyard right outside our room where we ate multiple meals.
Anytime we go back, we will definitely stay there again.

Central, affordable, and breakfast is onsite.
Pros:

Great central hotel with a walking distance to the subway, so easily can get to where you want.

Cons:

we had 5 rooms and one of the rooms had trouble working the showers.

主要観光地へのアクセスがしやすい。
駅からも遠くなかった。
スタッフさんたちが親切でした。

Cons:

・ヘアドライヤーのスイッチが正しく作動せず、使いづらかったです。(壁側のボタンをしばらく押し続けないと動かず、両手が塞がってしまった。使い終わってボタンを戻しても、しばらく動き続けていて止め方が分からなかった。)

・シャワーの出し方が分かりづらく、別部屋の仲間と電話で相談してようやく出すことができました。(かなり強く取っ手を引かないと出ません。)

・エリアのインフラの問題だと思いますが、お手洗いを流した後しばらく流水音が止まりません。

・できれば、部屋の中にケトルやコーヒー・紅茶等のサービスがあれば嬉しかったです。

・朝食が取れるカフェに行き、持ち帰りをしたかったのですが、注文するだけで20分以上待ったため諦めました。チェックアウトの日に手短に済ませるには不向きです。

・これはホテル自体の問題ではないですが、立地的にあまりきれいでないエリアに感じました。
