Good stay, would stay here again.
Pros:

We liked the convenience and safety of the parking area. We also enjoyed how comfortable our room was.

Cons:

Once we parked and walked in the building, we were not able to use the elevator to go up to our room. The elevator door was having issues closing. So we had to use the stairs. That was a bit stressful with the weight of our things but overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Pros:

The view from my room was alright

Cons:

The room was not cleaned properly. Had to go to front desk for toilet paper. Construction made it miserable. The walls were so thin that I heard the next door guest every morning. The medical examiners tag on the nearby room, made the environment very eerie.

Le lieu, l’emplacement, la propreté de la chambre, la piscine, le patio , et la lingerie.

Cons:

L’établissement ne propose aucun moyen de se restaurant le midi et le soir : pas d’équipements dans la chambre pour manger à deux ( table, chaises, couverts, assiettes ) et pas de restaurant dans l’établissement.. uniquement un petit déjeuner.. ( très cher ) , il y a un frigo et un micro-ondes c’est bien, nous avons manger sur le lit tout le séjour …

It was a great hotel and loved the outdoor patio area.
Pros:

The staff was great. Gentleman at the front desk was very inviting and professional.

Cons:

The iron in the room leaked and ironing board needs new cover. The shower head needs a good cleaning. The soap container in the bathroom leaked. The containers mounted on the shower wall need a good cleaning around the spouts. They had green grime on them. Just a little more attention to those details but all in all the hotel was great.

The location was great and it was affordable.

Cons:

The bathroom was in bad shape. It needed some work. At one point we had no water. It was for about 10 minutes but it was still odd.

Pros:

The individual that was running the front desk (Michael) was top notch. Very professional and made sure to inform each guest of various amenities as well as with the dining options at the hotel and in the surrounding area. I worked in customer service for over 30 years and have to say that the Hollywood Hotel is fortunate to have such a wonderful individual representing the company.

Cons:

It was a bit noisy, but that is to be expected in LA.
