Incredible place to stay
Pros:

Location was amazing. Take a walk around hidden lake and the town. Town is beautiful. Hidden lake apartments was stunning and beautiful kept. I wish we stayed longer.

Pros:

Great location, room was tidy, warm and comfortable. Great parking available.

Cons:

Requested twin share, but got a double bed, fortunately my friend and I have known each other for over 30 years, so could handle sleeping in the same bed, but it was disapointing that they ignored this request as the bed was 2 singles pushed together so could have been accomodated. Yes, we could have asked to see if they could change it, but when you are exhaughsted and just want to get into your room and relax, that really is the last thing you are going to do.
No cutlery or plates (despite having a cutlery draw, which was just left empty), I have strict dietary requirements for medical reason, so eating in the restaurant is not an option for me. It would have been nice to be able to eat the food we bought with us on plates instead of out of mugs and the packaging with the 1 set of utensils I was travelling with.

It was good. The rooms are big and clean. The beds are somehow too soft for me

Lovely and clean
Pros:

The bed was so comfortable and the staff were so friendly

Cons:

Secure parking for vechile. No lake view that was meant to come with the room we booked. Trees must have grown need update your website and room booking
