The hotel has a great location and a lovely ambiance, which are definitely its strongest points. However, our overall experience was disappointing due to several issues.
The rooms are quite small, which made the stay less comfortable than expected. The biggest issue, however, was the room service. Over the course of two days, we never received one of the orders we placed. On another evening, after several calls, we were told that room service had received too many orders and could not accept any additional requests. We were also told that someone would call us back, but no one ever did.
While we understand that hotels can experience busy periods, the lack of follow-up and poor communication was frustrating and fell short of expectations. The location and atmosphere are wonderful, but the service needs significant improvement to match the quality of the property.

The assigned was not as expected for a premium room. The door between the room and the bathroom is not working properly. I reported this issue to the receptionist several times but no response till the end of my stay which really annoying and disturbed our sleep as day light enters through the window in the bathroom.

Great bathrooms and beds. Very stylish hotel. Downstairs facing the main entrance was more tiered towards general guests and public, with reception and breakfast room slightly more hidden in the back, which is nice.
Unfortunately, the rooftop bar is open way too late and the noise carries into the inner courtyards, which several rooms face. Windows are not soundproof, such that it can be quite loud. We had a room on the 8th floor and had to move rooms as the noise was not tenable.
