Beautiful boutique hotel in nice section of madrid
Pros:

Wonderful stay in great location in madrid. the staff were friendly, accommodating and genuine. The room was clean . Family type room with separate LR with pull out couch and extra full bath for my adult son who met us there for a few days.
Luxury breakfast was great with multiple options . Concierge was helpful for dining options and we were lucky to get a ride in the hotel car. Doorman were inviting and warm . We would definitely return

Very nice hotel with excellent service and food. Marta and Lorena were very service oriented. I really appreciate their attentions. And Jean Paul and Antonio very helpful too. Great and quiet location!!

Every year, the staff welcomes us back with such warmth that it makes us feel like family. Especially Yane (in Red Level) and Samuel Gonzales!
The GM Fenix is a perfect location in the best neighborhood of Madrid!

A wonderful experience
Pros:

We had the best time in Madrid! A stunning and vibrant city. Our hotel was amazing. The staff is attentive, helpful and kind. A big shout out to Israel, Carlos and Jerald who always helped with directions, taxis and activity advice. We are super sad to leave!

The staff is incredible. The hotel is incredible. Everyone is really helpful and constantly in a good mood ready to help. The beds are extremely comfortable. Perfect location for tasty restaurants and shopping.

Pros:

Everything was perfect. Staff and facilities were super. Red level facilities were wonderful. From start to finish there was nothing that had been overlooked.
