Lovely hotel in the centre of madrid
Pros:

Location is brilliant, you can easily walk or get thr metro to where you want to go in madrid
Room was clean and bed was comfy.

Cons:

Our room was by the lift so was a bit noisy at times but it didn't stop us from sleeping.

Buen hotel de 3 estrellas en plena Gran Vía de Madrid
Pros:

Excelente ubicación, en plena Gran Vía. Reservamos una habitación con vistas a la Gran Vía y la doble ventana facilitó el descanso. Personal muy amable y la habitación estaba muy limpia. El hotel estaba mejor de lo que esperaba. Buen desayuno.

Cons:

Hay dos ascensores, pero el más antiguo no está visible desde el rellano de las habitaciones, por lo que apenas se usa, provocando un poco de caos en la hora del desayuno porque todos usamos el mismo ascensor.
Las almohadas un poco bajas para mi gusto.

Pros:

La ubicación, el personal amable, buen menú de desayuno , la habitación con mucho ruido de la calle desde muy temprano,

Cons:

Falla un poco el WiFi, la habitacion daba a un patio en donde estaban haciendo obras y desde las 6:30 de la mañana había mucho ruido.
