Decent location for a quick late night check in and early check out in morning
Pros:

It’s really close to train/metro station

Cons:

Toilet wasn’t very clear when I check in. Some hair on the floor washing counter

The price was cheap and great
The Pool was amazing the gym too
But what I really loved was the personnel ,so wonderful ,helpful.friendly and kind.we loved this hotel .The breakfast was excellent
Do much variety ,Continental breakfast and English Breakfast ,so much choice and delicious.location is great 10 mins straight Into the center of madrid and 2 mins from the metro .i will come back

Cons:

I didn’t like that I had to go home
Or I would have stayed longer

Heel aangenaam verblijf
Pros:

Het ontbijt heeft een groot assortiment, de locatie ligt ideaal voor als je geen auto hebt openbaar vervoer is er heel handig naast het hotel (metro,trein en zelf taxi’s). De kamer is ruim en de bedden zijn groot, badkamer heeft ook ruimte genoeg en heeft alles wat je nodig hebt.

Nice stay, recommend for a practical stay near Chamartin
Pros:

Location is very practical, especially if you have to be near Chamartin. Breakfast was great.

Cons:

It’s not near the centre so not a good choice if you have to be at Sol.

Pros:

La ubicación del hotel siempre, y el tanto el desayuno como el restaurante son muy adecuados. El personal es muy amable y te explican las instalaciones a las que tienes acceso. Los productos de aseo huelen muy bien.

Cons:

Desde nuestra habitación se oída el ruido de una especie de generador, pero nada que impidiera el sueño. No había enchufes en ambos lados de la cama.

Cercano a la estacion de tren y con amplia piscina
Pros:

Nos hicieron un upgrade por 20 euros más al llegar a una habitacion mas espaciosa y con amenities. Lo unico que tuvimos que llamar a recepcion para pedir otro juego de amenities ya que en la habitacion solo habia para una persona y eramos dos... La piscina esta muy bien para refrescarse tras un dia andando por Madrid.

Cons:

El hotel no tiene parking pero hay un parking 24h cercano y el hotel tiene acceso directo a el. Aunque este acceso cierra los domingos por lo que no pudimos utilizarlo...

fair price/quality but poor client services
Pros:

Relatively well located, close to subway. And great breakfast

Cons:

The staff needs to be trained for customer services. I have never seen such poor client services when checking in and checking out. Almost treaded like a thief. They asked my Id, then passport, then all my children passports. And same scrutiny was not applied to the family checking at the desk next to me.

MARÍA: excelente recepcionista. Muy buen desayuno.
Pros:

El desayuno excepcional por variado. La atención del personal durante la cena. La excelente atención de María en la Recepción. La habitación cómoda. Buena su cama y las instalaciones sanitarias. Muy buena su ducha.
Buen acceso primario y secundario (para mejorar la accesibilidad).

Cons:

El frigobar "no enfriaba" nada. Estuvimos alojados dos noches y nunca asearon la habitación (lamentable !!!).

A 15 min del aeropuerto en el Renfe
Excelente desayuno, personal amiable y habitaciones espaciosas
