Pros:

Ubicación super buena, a un minuto de Chamartín que te permite llegar al centro rapidísimo.

Cons:

Un poco saturados los elevadores, lo que ocasionaba que al solo tener 2, se demorara bastante en bajar o subir.

Lo que más me gustó fue la ubicación y el poder aprovechar la piscina

Cons:

Lo que no me gustó es que nos ofrecieron pagar un poco más para cambiar de habitación con más comodidades como una cama doble y albornoces. Cuando llegamos a la habitación los albornoces no estaban, se los pedí a la recepcionista que nos los había ofrecido y su respuesta fue que vería si había alguno.
Al salir por la tarde, los volvimos a solicitar a otros compañeros suyos y nos dijeron que sí.
A la noche, cuando regresamos al hotel, vimos que nos habían dejado un solo albornoz y unas zapatillas. Cuando abrí el albornoz estaba sucio, con un bolsillo roto y sin el cinturón. Por supuesto no lo usé. Si no disponen de esos detalles cuando los ofrecen y pagamos por ello, es mejor no ofrecerlos. Me hubiera quedado con la habitación que habíamos reservado en lugar de estar insistiendo en algo que ellos mismos habían incluido por pagar más

Pros:

Great location just steps from the train station. Two excellent traditional restaurants are within walking distance. The staff is extremely helpful and attentive. Breakfast is absolutely fabulous.
