Above and beyond
Pros:

Staff were excellent especially phuong she even drove us to the beach herself and went above and beyond to ensure we had an exceptional stay at this great hotel we would highly recommend it to anyone

Great value for money in a nice neighborhood
Pros:

Quiet location away from the hustle and bustle yet with plenty of cafes and restaurants around.
Great views and friendly staff.
Overall very good value for money.

Cons:

The hallways could use some carpeting to muffle the sound of people talking (and yelling) and walking.

Pros:

They said I was located in a good area. We arrived late to the hotel but they were accommodating and helpful as to where to get food as that bar was already closed. The staff reception were little miserable and felt very pushed at times to pay the bill imminently compared to other places we have stayed. The room was genuinely very small and nowhere logical to plug in a kettle apart from underneath the units on the floor. The space Was very limited and quite crammed compared to other hotels. Frame was very clean tidy and comfortable though.
