The location and staff are all excellent or good.
The hotel's mindset and attitude regarding certain trivial matters are surprising. For instance, simply placing a few bottles of drinking water in the room each day would prevent guests from having to carry water bottles around and into the elevators. The cost of the water allocated per room daily is less than two euros, yet it could generate highly valuable feedback for the hotel.

Tardaran tanto tiempo en dar la habitación puesto que desde las 12 que es el check out hasta las 15 que es el check in deberían estar las habitaciones hechas y no a las 16 de la tarde que nos daban las llaves.

Extremely Disappointing Experience – Unacceptable Reception Service!
I had an extremely disappointing experience with this hotel, particularly with the reception service and a staff member named Victoria.
I arrived at the hotel earlier than the official check-in time, and I fully understand and accept that early check-in is subject to room availability. However, what I absolutely cannot accept is the unfair and unacceptable way I was treated.
While I was waiting, Victoria allowed THREE other guests who arrived after me to check in, repeatedly claiming that their rooms were ready while mine was not.
How is it possible that three different guests arriving after me all had their rooms ready, yet I was continuously refused check-in?
The issue was never about early check-in. It was about fairness, professionalism, and basic respect for guests.
Victoria’s handling of the situation was extremely disappointing and reflected a complete lack of customer service standards.
For a hotel operating in the hospitality industry, such treatment is simply unacceptable. Guests deserve to be treated fairly and respectfully, regardless of when they arrive.
I strongly advise anyone considering staying at this hotel to think twice. A hotel experience starts at reception, and unfortunately, mine started with one of the worst examples of customer service I have encountered.
Extremely disappointing, unprofessional, and certainly not the level of hospitality anyone should expect.

تعامل موظفين الاستقبال جدا سئ لاانصح الحجز في الفندق يوجد عنصرية ودايما احساس اننا غير مرحب بنا نصيحة في اكثر من فندق بنفس الشارع والمنطقه بسعر اقل وتعامل جدا جدا افضل سوء المعاملة تخلى السفرة كلها مزعجه مثال واحد فقط الماء المجانى يتعمدون وضعه بالثلاجة ووقت الخروج من الفندق يازمونك دفع قيمة الماء!!!!!
