It’s okay but some rooms need some updating.

Cons:

I had a terrible experience with staff one evening. I was there in mid July and my room wasn’t getting cold and no cold water in the shower. The mechanism wasn’t working. I was sharing a room with my 8 year old daughter who couldn’t shower because of the hot water. I called a few times because it was already late (10pm) and we wanted to sleep. So no cold air and no cold water to shower during the heatwave. I had to go in the shower (since it was a tub shower with pretty bad design) to help my daughter so that she didn’t get burned. There was a very rude employee, her name was Victoria who even closed the phone on me. After she did that her colleague arrived and helped with the shower but he also just left the shower running after there was some improvement.
